I usually like Mr Jim’s but today I ordered a pizza and it was completely burnt. I payed $30 after delivery etc and all the cheese is burnt. Theres even pieces that are hard to the touch from the cheese being burnt. I ordered later in the evening about an hour before closing, so I assume they were more concerned about going home. But how can you make someone pay $30 for one burnt pizza……

Ordered a delivery for 7:30pm, never showed at the door. When we called, manager had horrible attitude off the bat, and when she came back from putting us on hold. She told us her driver said numerous times he put it at the right address, even though it wasn’t at our house. And that she wasn’t even going to issue a refund either if we couldn’t find it.
We found out that my mother accidentally entered the wrong house number, but even after going to that one- it wasn’t there. We searched the whole neighborhood and found the food at a completely random house with not at all the right numbers. Even then, we weren’t given any notice that it was delivered- so it was sitting there for over half an hour.
Horrible customer service from the manager, started yelling at us over the phone and blaming us for the location of where the food was left off. Wouldn’t give us guidance or a refund, and ended up hanging up when we informed her that the driver dropped it off at a random place. Didnt even attempt to make it right whatsoever. Never ordering here again.

Mr. Jim’s used to be our favorite pizza place in town, but they have really gone downhill in the quality of their pizza by skimping out on the sauce- and sauce makes a BIG difference on a pizza. It’s like they’ve gone cheap and are trying to save any extra penny they can by cheating you out of the sauce, and they’ve started doing it on their Jim Sticks too! The Jim Sticks were my favorite part, but now they’re so dry and the taste is completely different without it. Looking at the other reviews, we aren’t the only ones who took notice. Even when we ask for extra sauce, it’s still not very much. It’s just a huge disappointment. PLEASE stop cheating us out of the sauce! It completely changes the flavor of the pizza!

Hands down the best pizza and service in this town. That I would be willing to rate against every good pizza place in bigger cities I’ve lived. I ordered delivery in cash (old school) not only did they deliver earlier than projected. But the driver was polite and professional and briefed me on my pie to the exact of what I requested and ensured I had the extra (small) items I requested.
We ordered pizzas for delivery at 8 pm we were told 45 min! So at 9 no pizza we call no one will answer the phone! So at 945 we got our pizza and the delivery driver was extremely nice and apologized for the late delivery!! The pizza was amazing!

Normally the pizza is so delicious it was dry there's no sauce on it it was delivered cold it literally was separating there was no cheese on it it seemed like. 2 liter Dr pepper it was delivered in a family Dollar bag apparently they were out of them I guess and stopped off at the store to get one bravo but it was flat hot and shook up.. the brownie bites were absolutely delicious

First I would like to state that I love Mr Jim’s pizza. This was my first time ordering from this location and I was extremely disappointed. I called and placed my order the guy said give us 20 minutes. I show up 25 minutes later to pick up and they haven’t even started working on my pizza yet. They tell me give us about 20 minutes. So now we are 40 minutes in. I should have just left but really wanted pizza for lunch so I stayed. The pizza was terrible. It was way over sauced to the point it’s all I tasted and I specifically asked for light sauce too. I could only eat one piece of it and threw the rest in the trash. I paid $18 for it which is also ridiculous. I won’t ever order from this location again.
