Nizza Pizza Pasta & Subs

oct 16, 2014, night time food problems.
1. ordered 3 slices sausage pizza, and 1 Stromboli. $22.96. Bad food & 1 RUDE employee!!
2. drive thru order.
3. got home to find, near burnt & overly cooked pizza & Stromboli! crust was so hard, it crunched trying to bite it, was tough! & tasted burnt. couldn't eat it all, feed to dog. SEE PICTURE, below, of crust.
4. Called to report. The Young Man on phone was very polite! & handled it perfectly, said sorry, took my name, said come back next time, for free food.
5. Returned same night with Stromboli, which was extremely hard over baked! around All edges! Couldn't cut it with a fork! Used knife, could barely cut it, no visible cheese?! meat inside feel out, not held together, they didn't use cheese. Showed him the Stromboli, again he apologized, offered cheesecake, took 2 slices. Took Stromboli home, feed most to my dog, it sounded like she was eating a milk bones!
Took bite of pizza while I had him on phone, and he said he heard it even without speaker. He said still come back for free food next time your in, to make this right. ok i said & thanks.
Pizza is not suppose that over cooked.
At 71, have eaten lots of pizza, this was the worst ever!
6. Today 18th, during day, went back, they weren't busy! hardly anyone there, no one in drive thru only saw 1 customer at counter while i was waiting...an older guy came to drive thru, told him my name, expecting no issues, & what the other guy said, he went to look for my name, said if it was there, he didn't have a problem, but there was a very upsetting problem!!!
I showed him this picture & he said "I've been making pizza for 15 years & thats not burnt!!
I should NOT had to explain again!

Was told what would happen on my return, that did NOT happen!! this guy had a BAD attitude! turned anger on me, blaming me! Told him it was OVER COOKED, he said it was not to my liking, as if the piazza was fine & its just me! seriously?!
No one would like rock hard crust!
he said he didn't want conversation!, what did I want? I said cheesecake, but instead of just getting that, he proceeded to lecture & insult me!! & didn't go get the items, he interrupted me, then started arguing saying I was interrupting & not letting him talk, but he wouldn't let me talk! So I reminded him he said he "didn't want conversation", he got ruder & ruder, and ended it a scrawling look at me & slammed the window shut!! wow, unbelievable, I'm so upset I'm shaking! WILL NEVER GO BACK, Not recommend anyone be subjected to that rudeness by that guy, what drama trauma!! nightmare!
No one should be treated this way!

Was being nice, contrary to what he says! I'm sure other employee's there heard this all!
All i wanted was what the 1st man offered, a professional response to bad food I paid for.
REFUND all my money back!!
Used debit card, the man didn't give me a receipt, but I signed a receipt!
Sure he remembers the issue & find that transaction via dates & issue a FULL REFUND!
Showed you the food, the 1st MAN offered apology, thus proving food was over cooked! mostly uneatable.
The rude guy, stopped talking to me to answer phone & waiting on another customer, leaving me sitting in drive thru, when other employees could have done that & finish with me, a paying customer. I heard 1 employee say did i need help, so why prolong the waiting!
He didn't want to resolve, just argue! It had already been resolved the night I ordered. No resolution, just arrogant rudeness!! proof by his actions!

I pump pies out of this establish on the regular and the place is an exact clone of their operations that the illustrious house of Lushaj began out in Fort Worth back in 1999 when society gained access to the internet on 56k dial-up modems through the AOL disc you got in the mail. If you northern-aggressors are feeling homesick then the thinness of the crust, the robust-y-ness ( . )( . ) of the sauce, and the glorious aroma of that semi-soft milky tang mozz will have your yalla-belly smiling like the sun was that one morning on the top floor of the twin towers. I hope someone gets that reference, it's not a joke.

Welp, there is always The Patriot Act to investigate the pizza place reviews and have the alphabet agents, the gossipy neighborhood looks lous, and the nosy window blind grandmas COINTELPRO me into complete paranoia while they run a gang stalking operation on me and my innocent food deliveries.

Ordered spaghetti with Italian sausage and mushrooms. Absolutely loved it!!! Lots of food for one serving! Will definitely be back!

Man this place is terrible they had no ice to begin with when it came to the drinks then when we ask to buy a 2 liter drink since their fountain drinks are not cold they refused to let us buy a drink I will never attend this restaurant ever again food was okay and the cook was cool but this place is terrible

I usually go during the week and get Pleasant Service. Today was bad service, after all the confusion I got pizza slices that I never asked for. Bread was cold and they could have kept the pasta! I tasted it and couldn’t eat it the pizza was cheese and tomato sauce. When I asked for pepperoni slices. Waste of time and money!

We couldn’t even attempt to try this place because the guy was so rude on the phone for us asking a pretty simple question. Bad customer service doesn’t get you more customers or make you money. Guess that’s a hard concept for businesses to understand these days.
