Horrible customer service. Waited 30 minutes for tenders to be told (after I asked) they had forgot to cook them. No apologies

Food is average for a Popeyes, but it's damned expensive because it's a truck stop restaurant. They have the truckers captive because they can't park at any of the competition, so they bend'em over.

This location was next to a Petro, truck stop. I have been there several times before, and the previous vists were a lot better than this one. The manager, and the employees seemed to be distressed, unorganized, and unaware of their surroundings. I waited almost 20 minutes to place an order. My daughter noticed there were self service touch screen tablets. I placed an order for 3 people. The employees did not have anything cooking while we were waiting. I waited 2 hours to get the order completed. The manager was running around in an unorganized manner, and agitated because no food was either in the baskets, or frying. I was hoping after 45 minutes of giving my son his One Piece drink, they would refill it as an apologetic gesture. He asked and he was very quickly turned down. I understand. Will I re visit this location? Probably not. I will find other Popeye locations to visit. The price for 3 tenders is outrageously high. 15.00. WOW!

Didn’t include dipping sauces in our order, and then gave my wife hell when she went back to get them. Ridiculous! Clearly, they don’t feel it is their responsibility to fulfill your order. They act like their mistakes are your fault.
