We love Pura Vida! You MUST ask for the green salsa, it is phenomenal with their red salsa.
I have tried several dishes here and liked them all. My fave is the Carnitas Burrito with no veggies 🫶 The sauce that comes with it is 🌶🌶🌶 but so dang good.

Came here to find an authentic Mexican restaurant. I don’t mean tex-mex, I mean real Mexican food. I found it here in Weatherford. The rice was pretty good, beans tasted just refried beans from home. The pico de gallo had a small hint of spice such was awesome.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is no horchata! My favorite thing about Mexican restaurants is the horchata.

horrible food that is the only way i can explain it nasty tacos where nasty my nephew hamburger the bread was soggy my rancheros eggs were salty my family left the food we did not complain we paid and left but for sure we will not come back

My dad and I have been going there since they opened. We have been going more frequently because we heard they were hurting for business. On Sundays and order off of the breakfast menu which is on the lunch menu and they just charge us $2 more per plate. Today the owner came to take our order and refused to serve us the breakfast. We told him that is why we are here and we order it all of the time on Sunday. He still refused. I told him we won’t be back and he just shrugged his shoulders. I can see why they are hurting for business.

Since opening, Pura Vida Mexican Bar and Grill has earned my business! I've been several times and gotten my friends and family hooked on them for our Tex-Mex fix!

I always order the Molcajete Chingón - it's like next-level fajitas and honestly I've never ordered anything else there! Their table salsa is great AND they offer queso blanco - and it's sooooo good!

If you want solid Tex-Mex, this is the place to go in Weatherford!

This is our go to place for excellent Tex Mex food. We've been several times and has always been great. The fajitas are exceptional!
