This was our first time to the Rio Brazos Grill. We wanted a new experience to celebrate my wife Michele’s birthday. Everything about the restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent and the ambiance was great, but what really made our evening special and memorable was our waitress Cynthia. She was fantastic! The best! We went for our 34 year anniversary. The quail legs were delicious. I got the strip and she got the chicken lasagna. All the food was good. Garrett was our server and was very attentive of our needs. Water was always full and all the staff was friendly. The drinks were nice and the selection was good. Overall it was a nice experience and we will return.
Wonderful experience! French Cynthia was our waitress and she blew us away with her personality and service. The food was on point and the head chef even came and talked to us! Definitely try the calamari and Jalapeño pineapple margarita! So good!
