We booked Rollin Ray's for our Veterans Day event and we couldn't be more pleased. They arrived early, were so pleasant to work with, and let me tell you about this ice cream. Several of our Veterans came up to me and said the ice cream is best they've ever had. We will 100% use them and only them from here on out. Thank you Rollin Ray's for a memorable experience.

Ordered 6 orders of ice cream for delivery and we only received 4. Very disappointing for our kids who waited over an hour for their ice cream.

We had chocolate rolled ice cream with fudge and brownie and we all loved it. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. Super friendly staff

It's closed on Mondays. Got some very disappointed children.

I believe this is the first time I’ve had rolled ice cream, and I may be ruined from getting it anywhere else. I ordered the Sweet Jacoby. They had me at horchata ice cream, then they added ‘Nilla wafers, caramel, whipped cream, and cinnamon on top! My tummy is now stuffed from this and my previous review of the place next door. Go to both!

Wow! They make the flavors when you order them, not in advance. Insanely good! We had never had rolled ice cream and I’m not a big ice cream person… went there just because my daughter wanted some… must say it was amazing! Much more fancy than any ice cream I’ve ever had.

This place is incredible, I have severe peanut and bad allergies to nuts, I unfortunately miss out on an incredible amount of deserts, desert places and many ice creams. This place is different. They will take extra caution when making your ice cream and are very allergy friendly. I had a coconut milk chocolate cookies and cream and it was incredible, the base has a delicious coconut taste while the ice cream is creamy and incredible. He sterilzed the equipment and even got the Oreos from a different section to make sure there was no cross contamination! This utter care allowed me an incredible ice cream that was creamy , delicious and safe. I'm super happy and will undoubtedly come back! If you have allergies they are a great candidate to get incredible desert with far less worry. Thank you so much for making me incredible and safe ice cream!

Dietary restrictions: They took in mind my allergy to peanuts and nuts and prepared my ice cream with absolute care and they have several dairy free options that are great for those who have issues with dairy, the coconut milk base was incredible!

I had a non dairy strawberry banana rolled ice cream with a chocolate drizzle, made with coconut cream. It was absolutely delicious. The gentleman who made it was very serious and dedicated to providing an allergic safe experience as well. He seemed to actually understand the seriousness of food allergies, which is very important. The shop offers menu items that do have allergens, but they are very diligent about preventing cross contamination. All around, this was a very positive first experience here. I would definitely recommend.

This is a hidden gem in Weatherford! The ice cream was delicious! A must try! If I could give them 10 stars I would.
