A unique and eccentric sushi experience where sushi meets the old West
Mia took such great care of my lovely wife and I who stopped in for dinner after a long leg of a drive across west Texas. The sushi and sashimi were great quality and fresh. Salmon, hamachi and red snapper all good! Only place like this for some miles--definitely recommend!
The sushi is fresh and the variety of rolls is spot on. There is something on the menu for everyone. If there are people on your party who do not care for sushi, there are plenty of other delicious options to select. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant! 👌

The brother and sister wait staff are known for their friendly chats and attentive service. The restaurant is also praised for its best calamari and calamari roll, often enjoyed weekly, and the steak hibachi, which is loaded with garlic and considered to be excellent.
