this is the worst sonic I have ever been to. the employees don't care at all about doing a decent job. multiple time me and my family have ordered a blast and they just fill a cup with soft serve and sprinkle some candy pieces on top. why is it still open? what's the point? I would never recommend this sonic.
Ordered two burger combos through the app today. Both burgers were wrong. One of them was ordered with no cheese. Even the receipt has no cheese. Couldn't eat it because of a dairy allergy. Other burger had missing items that were paid for and looks like it had been sat on and was a total mess! Drink was wrong too and I even left a tip. Yes, should've checked before I left but dang it's super annoying.
Manager has a bad attitude and seems inept in her job. Didn’t give our entire order and didn’t want to credit back what was missing. She told us that we just need to call corporate. The Sonic in Hudson Oaks is so much better and they actually take pride in their jobs.
