Quit trying to be so fast, because you mess up and then have to take more time to rectify the mistake. For the second time now, I have ordered from their app, wait extra long after when I’m supposed to receive my order, and it’s wrong. Then I have to wait even longer to get my order correctly. There have been times I have ordered just a pretzel and a soda, and I’m sitting and waiting for over 12-13 minutes. Pretzels are no more than 2-3mins. For so much stuff that’s pre-made and ready, we can’t see to read the order properly, or be time efficient with an already fast order. Meanwhile, this hinders my commute to work. I don’t even get a “hey sorry, we messed up again”.

I order all my drinks with no ice, if that's not an option I choose easy ice since restaurants tend to fill it to the top with ice so they can save on the actual drink itself. This store specifically I noticed completely ignores the easy ice request and still fills it all the way to the top with ice so you’re pretty much done with your drink in no time at all.

Completely incompetent, every time I get something from there they get the order wrong. I ordered a burger they got it wrong. I ordered AGAIN a burger with additional mozzarella sticks. AGAIN got it wrong and gave me jalapeño poppers????? Ugh

I went there at 720pm today. I pushed the red button and got the notification on the screen that the button was activated. I then sat through two songs on my radio (approximately 5 min). I took note that there wasn't that many cars in the parking lot and there was employee inside standing around and talking. All this tells me they're not to interested in customers or business. I left without being served. Will not be back

So I ordered what I thought was a slush but I messed up the order online but when I asked if I could possibly switch the manager said no because of the price difference.. when I reordered the drink it was 10 cent difference.. now I know why this one is empty all the time. Way to go sonic. Stepped over a dollar to pick up 10 cents. Never coming back

This is the worst sonic I've been to.

Pulled into 6 different stalls before I found a working one. It takes about 10 minutes after you hit the red button for anyone to answer the speaker box and another 10 minutes to get the food. I understand it taking awhile for the food if it's fresh but the food never taste like it has been recently made.

I ordered just 1 water the other day and it took 15 minutes. Please get it together.

This location has terrible tasting hamburgers, they hire employees that lack customer service and the prices seem rather high. Will not be coming here again!
