We showed up but you were sold out. I said I had just wanted to try the burnt ends and you said you did happen to have some and gave me some. My brother-in-law, who came down from New York, described them as magical. Thank you so much, you were very kind.
We ordered 2 briskets for our Christmas dinner. Hands down the best 2 briskets we could remember having. Top notch food and service. 10/10 score!

The restaurant also provides excellent catering services, with amazing brisket and smoked chicken, going above and beyond with extras like buns, BBQ sauce, and samples of AP rub. Dan can pull off a miracle for catering, providing delicious food that is moist and flavorful, even with little notice. The inside is the spot to chill with some solid Japanese beers and a bunch of bourbon, whiskey, and scotch selections. Guests can enjoy large servings, like the Mac with Brisket and pork belly burnt ends, at a great value. Located in a food truck permanently parked in front of the Ale House, Tailgaters BBQ offers picnic tables for a relaxed sit-down meal.
