I had the 2 meat plate with pulled pork and ribs with Mac and cheese and street corn!! The flavor combo on this was phenomenal!! Immediate flavor burst with a nice Smokey after taste. The ribs melted off the bone! Perfection! Everything was so good from the sauce to the seasoning blend. Good portion sizes too 10 out of 10 recommend!!
My husband needed me to find lunch for 60 people...I contacted Dan at Tailgaters BBQ the afternoon before I needed the lunch and he was so nice and didn't hesitate to assure me that he could have pulled pork ready for 60 people and at a very reasonable price. I picked up the order and while there I placed an individual order of a chopped brisket sandwich with a side order of pork belly burnt ends. Oh,My Goodness!!! Heavenly!! To say that the food was delicious is an understatement!...
