I’ve tried to keep coming back and hoping they’d change, and every time, I’m disappointed. There was only ONCE that I went in there and the girl behind the counter was nice and friendly, otherwise, they all act like they can’t be bothered and they’re inconvenienced by you being there. I could deal with unfriendly service, if the yogurt was good, but I’ve come in to see old fruit, and bad yogurt. My mom was here visiting recently and her yogurt tasted like mold. My husband and I wanted to try this place since we’ve never been. We got our ice cream and checked out. $24 total for just the two of us. INSANE. We had just sat down and were trying to enjoy our ice cream when some guy said “COCKROACH”, I look over and there’s a cockroach climbing up the wall between the toppings and the ice cream dispensers. So he hits it with his hand… it falls on the floor and he steps on it and the worker lady just went over and nonchalantly cleaned...read full review
i wanna start this off by saying i come here VERY FREQUENTLY as i absolutely love frozen yogurt and this is the only option for it within 30 miles of where i live but i can’t say i have had a good experience here. the employees are pretty much always in the back and when you ring the bell to pay after serving yourself, they come sulking out the back and have absolutely zero customer service (thank god they don’t expect any tips here) the dining room itself never looked disgusting...read full review
