German Chocolate Mocha was very good. But the lady didn’t give us a receipt, nor even show us the screen. But as we pulled up I looked out the back window and saw her show the person behind us the screen. We couldn't tip her if we wanted to. I have no idea if she even tipped herself. Never saw the receipt! The girl that was under the umbrella while we waited for our drinks was really nice… I forgot her name… Kaitlyn maybe. I don’t even like small talk, but she had very cool welcoming energy.

I love a creamy coffee but where is the coffee? :(
This location is beyond slow. Half the time the drinks taste like garbage and if you don’t go super early you’ll be waiting for over 30 minutes and late for work. I suggest black rock coffee where you can order ahead and roll through to pick up. Coffee tastes better there too.

I have been coming here since day one, it had previously always been an amazing experience, the customer service especially is what made 7brew stand out against other coffee stands. However, this new group of employees that have started in the last few weeks have DROPPED the ball. They are borderline rude, slow, and unfriendly. They are not familiar with the menu, they are hesitant to look up the menu or make recommendations. It is a stark difference between last Summer, Fall and this winter, to the employees now here in later February and March.
