Today the loveliest girl Jay, took mine and my friends order’s and was AMAZING. As a former employee I even have never seen such great service. She had a big smile, was very respectful and so much fun! I hope 7Brew is treating her well because she absolutely deserves it!!! THANK YOU JAY💗 (I hope I am spelling that right)

I have been coming here since day one, it had previously always been an amazing experience, the customer service especially is what made 7brew stand out against other coffee stands. However, this new group of employees that have started in the last few weeks have DROPPED the ball. They are borderline rude, slow, and unfriendly. They are not familiar with the menu, they are hesitant to look up the menu or make recommendations. It is a stark difference between last Summer, Fall...

First time coming here! this young man named channing was so nice and respectful to me and my daughter! i didn’t know what drink to get my daughter but he helped through it and spoke softly and worked with my 8 year old daughter until she found the right one. She absolutely loved it! Will be coming back!
