The food was good (pachanga platter and fried shrimp), the service was good but not great (had a trainer and a trainee), but the atmosphere was dead. I’m from Louisiana, play some upbeat zydeco music, have the servers show some energy and enthusiasm. The experience was good, but could’ve been awesome with a few changes

The chips and the chili-queso they bring out was outstanding. I had the fish and shrimp lunch special with red beans and rice. It was all excellent. The service was also top notch.

I recently saw this place on the news highlighting their food. I had to try it. So we took our family to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday. It was pretty awesome, well be back.

We come to BB’s often for the crawfish, but we recently fell in love with a few other menu items too. The boudin nachos, which are only available during happy hour for some insane reason, are absolutely delicious. The Cajun Caesar salad with salmon hits every time. The food always comes out hot and full of flavor, and the drinks are pretty good too. The service is okay, but the food never disappoints. BB’s is definitely one of our go-to spots for great Cajun comfort food.

We walked in immediately went to the bathrooms, bathrooms weren’t cleaned, went and took a seat the waitress did come to us and was nice I will say that, when handed menus we looked at them and there was food and other things stuck to the menus. We stood up and seen a manager walking around he took a glance at us and proceeded to eat a piece of food and ignored us while we were standing looking and waiting for our waitress then walked out. As two of us ourselves managers of our own in food. This was very unappealing and unpleasant to be around. The fact that we were ignored by management is what made us fully leave we were going to wait to for our waitress but after the manager that is what made me most upset. Cleaning is the simplest protocol and needs to be enforced immediately. And new management
The crawfish here doesn’t taste very well it taste more like fish and it’s not worth your money if your planning to buy here maybe go somewhere else

OK. Several years ago I had an oyster po-boy at what was probably the original location somewhere downtown and it was pretty good I tried this location one time before but they were out of oysters so I didn't order anything but I was over in this way today and they had oysters so I ordered an oyster poor boy. It was very disappointing it had hardly any oysters on it and they had mostly breading little oyster there was no oyster taste at all to the sandwich and no flavor. Won't be back
