I like BJ's because its menu offers entrees from dinner salads to burgers. This is important when dining with a group whose tastes vary . Prices ate reasonable, waitstaff friendly, and atmosphere more quiet than noisy.

Our waitress was excellent, the stinky food and manager not so great. We went out for good food to celebrate my father’s birthday. I was served a bland steak with no flavor and my mother was served a steak that had a foul smell to it. We let our server know (she agreed to the foul smell) she then said she would let the cook and manager know it was no good. The manager ended up coming to our table asking “who had the ribeye steak and what did you not like about it.” We told her it had a bad smell to it, she then said her cook had smelled it and it didn’t smell like nothing bad. Very defensive attitude. Not sure what was the point of her coming to our table and telling us that. We smelled what we smelled and that food stank! We weren’t asking for nothing in return nor a deduction to the bill just informing them our food was not good. This whole experience just left a bad taste in our mouth we rushed out of there, we didn’t even try their famous pizookies like we wanted to.

Our server was extremely knowledgeable and patient with the older and younger members of our party. My mom's birthday was special bc of the extra care and menu items for everyone. We were even seated early!

Service was ok...wasn't busy in there but I think she was by herself working the 3 tables...problem today was the food...came out late and food was cold...like cold...I noticed 2 other tables food came out before mine an we ordered first but maybe there food was easy..idk but food didn't taste fresh and was cold...bjs at the mall when it was there was better...first time here an i wasn't impress but the drink was good...Hopefully they read this and do something about it

My son and I generally frequent BJ's in the Woodlands, but decided on a change of scenery and liked it quite a bit. Same great food with the same great service and vibe.

We were 9 guests.The brussel.sprouts appetite was very good as was the avocado spring rolls. Everyone who had hamburgers and pizza seemed satisfied. 2 of us had the Santa Fe chicken salad. The chicken was very dry and chokey and much of the lettuce was brown and wilted. The pizookies were very good.

Went last night with my girlfriend and the service was very disappointing. We both ordered the $13 pazookie deal they have. When the check came we we charged a full dinner meal after we explained we wanted the pazookie dinner deal.

Blake was a horrible server. Didn’t really check on us . But a couple walked in and he clearly knew them he kept handing them drinks and making conversation. Meanwhile a different server had to bring us a drink and again he’d just walk past us and make conversation with the couple he knew . It’s a Tuesday night and they didn’t have the cut of meat I wanted or the beer . They weren’t busy at all but our food took over 45 mins to come out . Do better!

The reason why the service gets 3 stars: My wife and I are frequent customers, and most of the time we sit at the bar area. I would say two out of three times we visit, the waiters add an extra item to the check. This happens frequently, which makes me suspect it is done on purpose. If I do not check the bill carefully, I end up paying for items we did not order.

The atmosphere is good; it would get 5 stars if the music volume were a little bit lower.

The reason why the food gets 3 stars is because whenever I order something other than a burger, I don’t like it — it’s just okay, nothing great.

One more thing — we are frequent customers and use our phone number to collect rewards/points. We have never been asked by any waiter if we want to collect points or use our rewards; we always have to request it, as if it’s our first visit to the restaurant.

I will come back to my review after my next visit.

My experience at this restaurant was great! We came in with a party of 14 on a Thursday night and were seated fairly quickly. Our server Angelique was very attentive and took great care of each of us—we never had to worry about our drinks being empty. The food was great as always; I enjoyed the Handcrafted Orange Soda, Mozzarella Sticks, Chicken Caesar Salad, and Triple Chocolate Pizookie. Overall a wonderful experience, and I look forward to coming back soon!

Considering the availability of alternative options in the area that offer superior quality and value, the current offerings may not be competitive.
