Ordered a coffee and a muffin at the drive-through. Decided not to have the muffin heated because last time I did that it was overheated. When I got to the window, the muffin was very cold so I asked if they could heat it up a little bit.I waited a while and when they brought the muffin back, I drove off and it was so hot to take it out of the bag I had to drop the muffin way way overheated. The nice thing is I can let it sit there and cool down but not so nice thing is how overheated it was.

I like their coffee and the service is excellent, but today was not so great. I ordered a decaf (I consume very little caffeine for medical reasons) and realized about halfway through it was caffeinated. Also I ordered a bacon egg and cheese burrito that was hot on the outside, cold on the inside, and didn't have bacon, but chunks of ham, and not the best quality ham at that. Poured out the coffee and threw away the burrito. The burrito was a waste of money, but the caffeine is the real issue. It won't stop me from going back but they need to be more careful.
Consistently good coffee! I typically get a white mocha latte, either hot or cold and have had the same consistent taste every time! The baristas are super nice! The drive-thru service is always quick!

Everything was great except for the one person handing out mobile orders she had black hair What I told her my name to find my order she’ Straight up in, ignored me so when she came back, I asked her again for my order and she just looked at me. Didn’t say anything. & walked off.
