First and last time at this place. Floors are dirty was a not good sign to start. 9 bucks for a coffee and scone. Specifically asked for the scone to not be warmed. Comes out warmed. Send it back. Take a bite of the next one.....geeze it's frozen and tasted nasty. A bunch of kids working and they could care less.

This place is great! The workers here were GRINDING! (Working really hard). They made my coffee so fast! I feel like you can’t go wrong with any of the items on their menu. The several times I’ve gone to a BRCB I’ve always let the staff make a recommendation and they never fail to recommend a great item! Lastly, BIG SHOUT OUT to whoever was put in charge with the holiday decorations! Place looks great! 👍

I go in frequently and get the Black Rock fuel, iced or hot coffee, and a variety of breakfast. Usually, it tends to be a burrito or a bagel.
The coffee is worth it, and the sizes affect how many shots of espresso is received, and they fill each cup all the way. Along with the great taste, this makes them better than Starbucks in every regard. Please do not ever change this.
Some menu items come and go, either they're seasonal or low stock, but anything else you get it's delicious. Personally not a fan of the donut holes since they aren't made in-house, but everything else is good.
Dietary restrictions: They offer multiple gluten free options. Ask what they have available.
Parking: Please be mindful and do not turn to enter the drive thru from the parking lot when there is a line. It blocks the flow of traffic and creates issues.
Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility.

Although, every time I’ve come I’m having to repeat my order several times. Three separate baristas have moved on to the paying part without ringing in my order correctly. I’ve been here three times. lol

I’m going to give it another try. This was my first visit to Black Rock Coffee. I don’t drink coffee 🚫 ☕️ So, I expect non coffee drinks to be extra super special. I ordered the hot chai latte extra chai with coconut milk. The coconut milk was yummy. I ask for extra chai because I like that extra spicy flavor. But this drink was bland and not spicy. I don’t know if it was the brand of chai or if I need to ask for extra extra extra chai but the drink mostly tasted like coconut milk. The girl who took my order at the drive through was easy to understand, fast and friendly. I will be back to try again sometime - I love that coconut milk and there’s a free drink on the app where I registered! 🥰
The workers are amazing and go above and beyond for everything. The coffee is great. However, they advertise that all the food is “locally sourced” which is laughable and simply not true. Everything served here comes frozen from sysco and tastes disgusting. This is false advertisement and amazes me the company thinks they can get away with lying to customers so blatantly. For a company that wants the appearance they “care” about customers, this shows how they must truly feel.

I've been here once before, but I visited again this evening to meet up with a friend I hadn't seen in awhile.
The music playing was obnoxious rap that went on from 6pm-9pm that we were there. It was loud and the genre never changed.
When I visit most coffee shops the atmosphere is relaxing and the music promotes that kind of environment. The music that played tonight made it difficult for me to hear my friend talking without leaning in. We are mid 40's and not hard of hearing. It also made us feel anxious. It was more like what would play at a club, not a coffee shop.
There were others trying to study or work on their computers, but they had earbuds in for obvious reasons.
I enjoyed the Irish cream latte, but not the loud harsh music choice.
