I drove the 50 minutes all the way here because I heard they had good gluten free donuts and I was not disappointed! I’m trying to keep this review family friendly but the donuts were so good I really want to cuss.I also had an iced evergreen latte which was absolutely lovely. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The atmosphere is one of the most welcoming of all the establishments I’ve been a patron to in Houston. Their offerings are intense, enormous, and worth every calorie! Also, you couldn’t ask for a better cup of coffee. Anywhere.

Lovely place, staff and treats! You can tell there’s a lot of care in what they do. I always prefer to support small, local businesses instead of national franchises and these folks make it an easy decision!

Absolutely loved the donuts, Yes it's pricey, but when you consider that a single donut is enough to fill an average person's tummy, the value becomes more apparent. Definitely a new main stay of our diet.

Love their donuts and coffee! But please, make gluten free donut options without nuts for those who are allergic.

Black Line is a great local coffee shop! The drinks are well made and I like the coffee beans used. Their donuts are delicious and creative too. The people there are very friendly and even gave my dog a little pup cup without me asking.

Amazing place but two complaints. One the kolaches with the hand made candied jalapeño is bomb, except the sausage. The sausage is cut in half and you can’t eat through the thick casing. Need a higher quality meat here. Two, the coffee needs to be of a slightly higher quality and the shots need to be pulled at the correct speed. I’ve had shots that have been pulled too slow and burned on top of an already too dark roast, and a too fast pull with watery coffee. It’s small fixes, but if they dedicate a little more to those areas to improve product then it’s perfect. Great donuts and service.

I had a sleep study in the area and wanted to support a local small business for my coffee purchase when I left instead of funneling more money into Starbucks. This coffee was really good. I got the Lavender cream coffee and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it. I wish they came in larger cup sizes, it was that good! The parking was a little odd but unproblematic because the liquor store next door was closed. No drive thru that I saw but that's alright. They weren't super busy when I went and the barista was nice enough. Cute "this or that" tip jars that I appreciated for the extra incentive to tip... not just a boring old tip jar with no unique qualities. I don't live in the area but if I return, I'll definitely give this place another visit.Parking: Spots in front of the shop are for to-go only. Spots to the right are designated for the liquor store only, though I think it's fine to park there when it is outside of their normal business hours.

The cold brew and french press coffees are delicious. Donuts are THE BEST. I highly recommend the classy A.F. and salted chocolate donuts. The everything donut is something else entirely, savory and sweet and so good. The kolaches are also delicious, the dough is top notch.
