I explained to the team member that I'm vegan. I wish I had got her name because she was amazing. She took the time to explain the dough sizes and even offered cheesy bread sticks. She was very careful to only include the plant-based items I requested. My experience with this team member was amazing because she showed she cared and had compassion for me and my dietary restrictions. There needs to be more people like her. Additionally, the pizza was great too and I will return. I know I don't have the team member's name but I'm sure someone can find out who she is and reward her. I'm the lady who unintentionally added the spicy chorizo after the pizza had been in the oven. Thank you for such a great experience.

First time going with 3 small kids. We ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. $30 with tip. Not bad. They do have all the condiments, can pile on toppings if you want and searing was ample. Only thing is they don't really have small plates for the kids so using their parchment paper like a bbq spot worked just fine. The Caesar dressing was on point.Affordable, yummy and family friendly.

It’s 42 degrees outside and I asked for them to turn the heat on because it was 42 degrees inside too and nothing was done to make it more comfortable for their customers. I asked for them to turn the heat on and I was ignored. The food was great, it’s such a shame I have to write this review. I’ll never be coming back here.

As much as I love pizza, this experience literally made me not look at pizza the same way again! The vegan cheese was disgusting!!!! I've actually had Blaze's vegan cheese on a pizza before and it was cool. Didn't even miss cow cheese on the pizza, but this visit...I immediately knew something was off. I ended up picking the toppings off to at least have something to eat but even the slightest morsel of the cheese was a hard pass. I was so disappointed about the pizza I was waiting for the email to ask me to do a review. Still haven't heard back from anyone about my experience three days later, so I am definetly not going back to this Blaze location or any others without some intervening and communication on my experience. Do not pass Go, do not collect my $10 again on this nasty pizza.

Signed up on there website and received a coupon for 35% of my purchase of $20 or more. I have a flip phone so I printed it out. They made the pizza and when I went to pay for it they said it had already been used. I told them I just got the email and printed it out. They just said no and said it would be about $22. I said never mind and was walking out when the short Hispanic lady said, "you don't want your pizzas". I said no not unless I get my 35 % off. She did not answer me and went to the oven and just threw the pizzas away. AMAZING !!!. I guess getting nothing for the pizzas instead of making it right for the customer is better. I went home and deleted my account. On a side note when I was getting ready to do the review something about Le Bron James was there. I read that he owns 10% of Blaze pizza. NOW I AM GALD I DIDN'T SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON ANYTHING THAT A--HOLE OWNS. Will never step foot into that Blaze pizza or any other !!!
Cross Contaminated - The person building our pizza stuck their hand in each ingredient without changing gloves or using tongs. From a meat, to a veggie, to a dry seasoning all with one glove. We even saw a piece of meat stuck to the glove come off in the veggie container and stay there. Not ok.

I went in not expecting much. I chose to build my own pizza and also have a salad. My salad was delicious. The ingredients were fresh. The balsamic vinegar and fig dressing was A+. My pizza combo was delicious!! I enjoyed it so much The employees were friendly. The wait wasn't long at all. I went back the next day for a repeat. Don't drive by this place. Stop in.Plus..... the music playlist was GREAT!
