My first time going. Compares to other fast food chicken. Popeyes is the closest analog. The chicken sandwich was ok. Similar to Popeyes but much more muted flavors. Pickles in the sandwich were thick cut, gave it something extra. Fries had a weird sweet taste to them and flappy/soggy... Maybe cross-contamination, but it went away the more I ate. Their peach cobbler was ok, fakey cinnamon flavor and top of a cake/biscuit-like dough otherwise ok. Coleslaw I didn't like. Either too sweet or unexpected. Their scrolling menu is terrible. Both sides take too long to get to but too fast to look at all the options. Split your screen!! Recommend looking at the menu on your phone first.

Bojangles is always top notch when it come to their chicken tenders and deserts, but Martise made the experience extra special. He went above and beyond expectations in terms of customer service. Do yourself a favor and swing by this Bojangles location, you will not be disappointed... And ask for Martise, he will make your day!

Finally tried Bojangles! The chicken sandwich was really good, rivaling Popeyes. Not necessarily better, but pretty dang close. Seasoning was uniquely different and really good. Baked Mac n Cheese was average, with evidence of real cheese and not just cheese sauce. Tasted like Kraft but better in bites that had actual stretchy cheese in it. The blueberry biscuit was better than expected. Crispy edges, soft inside, nice sweet glaze. Definitely recommended, and you get the sandwich free when you create a new app account. So this was under $5. Very satisfied and will come back again.

First time trying Bojangles & 10/10. The staff? 10/10. The service? 10/10! The food? 10/10. I felt very welcoming. Chicken is very soft and well cooked from the inside and crunchy from the outside. I will be coming back to this location very soon.

The fact that I went through drive-through had to sit in the first parking spot and wait 20 minutes because the only thing I can assume is they forgot that I ordered brought out my food and didn’t even bring all of it. So I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to give me the rest of my food. I don’t recommend it if you are in a rush. Waiting 30 minutes through a drive-through is insane

If you’re in a rush, I definitely don’t recommend this place. I went through the drive-through at 10:30. It is now 10:50. Still waiting. Kind of ridiculous when you only ordered one meal.

Was told the meal came with a biscuit. Got an extra biscuit. My meal had no biscuits… homie didn’t even give me a straw I had to knock on the window. Chicken sandwich was amazingly dry and soggy at the same time. With Popeyes canes and chick fil a right down the street what’s the point of this place.

If you go there early bring your patience since they have to prepare everything fresh.

I have been here several times for breakfast. The food is edible, but the service needs a lot of work. The non management staff are unprofessional and seem uninterested. You literally feel like you are disturbing them when you walk to the counter. They also have a problem with order accuracy. My advice is to check your receipt thoroughly for errors. If you are placing a to go or drive thru order, I strongly suggest checking your bags before you leave the parking lot. I like to add cheese and eggs to my biscuits. On separate occasions, they either forgot the cheese or the egg.
