I have been here several times for breakfast. The food is edible, but the service needs a lot of work. The non management staff are unprofessional and seem uninterested. You literally feel like you are disturbing them when you walk to the counter. They also have a problem with order accuracy. My advice is to check your receipt thoroughly for errors. If you are placing a to go or drive thru order, I strongly suggest checking your bags before you leave the parking lot. I like to add cheese and eggs to my biscuits. On separate occasions, they either forgot the cheese or the egg.

So basically they gave us the wrong order. We started eating it. They did not tell us anything about it being the wrong order so I was just thinking they left a few tenders out and forgot our macaroni and cheese. Then when I questioned them about the extra tenders and macaroni and cheese, they proceeded to tell me that we picked up the wrong order and that it’s our fault after paying $38.46 for eight tenders, 2 biscuits, and an order of french fries that’s ridiculous, we will never be back! We never did get our tenders however we were supposed to have a family pack with two sides and 12 tenders four biscuits and four regular drinks. We were just gonna store the leftovers in our hotel room however we never did get any. We Barely got full on the food we had. Bojangles was a disappointment, Go somewhere else if there’s anything available!

The food was surprisingly good. Reminded us of Raising Canes but SEASONED. The biscuits are bigger and almost good as Popeyes, but their dirty rice doesn't hit the mark like Popeyes though. The french fries are thick and seasoned as well. Overall, I would definitely go back and eat there if I see them while traveling.

Zero out of 5 stars for the coffee. 2/5 food quality My husband was forced to go there this morning because sonic was closed. The only thing I want was coffee and it was bitter poorly flavored not mixed absolutely trash for four bucks.
So much so that I had to come in here to leave a review- Sausage was fatty and so greasy my son removed it from his sandwich- i will not be returning or recommending this place.
Stop severely overcharging for that coffee- or LEARN HOW TO MAKE IT! It was bitter, and not even blended- TRASH!

So I liked their tenders. Their tenders had a nice crunch, a good flavor of seasoning, were juicy, good size and cooked just right, not dry.
I love biscuits. Theirs was golden-brown on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside. Good flavor. Good biscuit.
The crew was awesome too. Larry, one of the managers, stopped by to check on us, super friendly guy. Another manager came around too, both really genuine and made the place feel welcoming. The staff overall was sweet, polite, and seemed to actually care.
All around, it was a great visit — solid food, great service, and that good Southern vibe. Definitely coming back. 👏

First time in Bojangles!! Review?? The fries were A MAY ZING. Best seasoned fries ever. The biscuit was incredible!! The chicken tenders were about an 8/10. Gonna try the sandwich next time

The food is INCREDIBLE! We came from out of state and I am a bit of a chicken snob, so when I noticed Bo’s across the street from our hotel I figured let’s give it a try. My only negative is that nothing will compare to the perfectly spiced chicken, and marvelous biscuits. It ruined all other chicken places for me. The staff was so kind and friendly as well, giving it a homey feeling. I’m so disappointed that there is not a Bojangles in Arizona because I will never be able to enjoy chicken the same way. I cannot wait to go back to try their breakfast!

Good was good. My main reason for 5 stars was the staff. The girl at the first window was great and friendly. The man that gave me the food was even friendlier. He responded with enthusiasm to my son in the backseat when he was trying to talk to him through the window and seemed like a genuinely nice man. Thank you
