Good location, service outstanding. It’s open seating and at around 10pm they start isolating areas due to attendance which is low. Service is excellent, food can be improved, atmosphere feels like you got to leave. I came at 9pm on a week day.

By far, this was the worst experience I have had with Buffalo Wild Wings.

Our server was rude, and it took over an hour and a half to receive our food because our order was never entered into the system. When I asked the server for assistance, he put his hand up and said, “I hear you, I’ll be right back,” then disappeared for approximately 20 minutes.

When the server was finally located, he was sitting at another table eating his own food and licking his fingers, while seated with the manager. I have photos documenting this. After eating, he returned to serving customers. At no point did I observe him washing his hands.

When our food eventually arrived, it was cold and incorrect. The manager came over to address the issue but had an extremely poor attitude and appeared more interested in arguing than resolving the situation.

Given this experience, it is clear why this location has the Google rating it currently shows online. The lack of professionalism, food safety concerns, and overall attitude of both staff and management were unacceptable.

This was a very unpleasant and unsanitary experience.

We gave them a second chance bc its OMW home Friday night 8:30, restaurant 50% full, bar area 40%, so not too busy, 2 of us; we sat at a high top and waited 5-10 mins.... no service.
Moved to the bar because it was almost empty. It was gross, dirty dishes everywhere, sticky bar, and we waited another 5+ mins; should've walked then.
Seemingly 2 guys working the bar area plus girls running food. Service was terribly inattentive. We didn't get anything without having to chase up the fat guy bartender's attention: drinks, appetizer, dinner order, silver, refill, pay. Neck Tats was polite and helpful, but it was a bad experience.

There are way too many good sportsbars nearby to ever visit here again. I don't see how it can survive.

When you walk in the door it is very dark, dank, and dingy. When you go to the bathroom, you will notice that you have to touch the flusher, touch the faucet, touch the paper towel dispenser and then touch the door to leave, all while having drain flies around. I had to wring the grease out of my burger. Soda was improperly mixed. I'm afraid the health department needs to come take a look at this place.

It was one of my bad takeout experiences. We were just asking for some extra ranch as we ordered 40 wings and the lady from the counter was literally gave us bad attitude. Service should come first for takeout order. We won’t go back to this branch again, never.

Called 01/06/2025 @ 1515 to place an order. Caleen? Was rude. I’m sorry I could not make out what you were saying because you were speaking fast and not because you were talking softly. Then you raise your voice with an attitude. Not sure if she was having a bad day or just has no patients. Maybe try a different job that doesn’t require dealing with people. But thank you for my birthday wings.

whatever you do , do not get seen by the server working the middle booths between the bar and the main dining area, service was not good at all , i had to serve my own drink myself because he never bothered to ask how we were. was on his phone more than he was helping us out unfortunately.

$100 Delivery Order screwed up - no sauces included on orders (receipt specifically specified the sauce with sauce on the side) but NO sauces included. Not a good look for BWWs Webster, Tx restaurant. Attention to detail matters!! You're officially on the NAUGHTY list.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to a Buffalo Wild Wings before in my life! It makes me never want to go to another one after what I experienced today

We went into today around 5:00pm today for my sons birthday after waiting 5 mins a server had attended to us to get seated they had put us a booth and connected a table along to it since we was a large group 10 people total,

We had ordered drinks and appetizers after siting 10 mins 2 roaches appeared on my Daugher who is 13 year old who was sitting in the booth she was terrified and the roaches went along the wall of the booth along came the manager who was a lady and said the pest control was there the day prior to spray and now there are all coming out and dying but the 2 roaches on my kid was alive and well,

She had then moved us to a whole new table on the other side of the restaurant we wanted to leave but we had ordered a bunch of food and appetizers and they said it was all coming shortly, after a few mins some appetizers had came to the table my son had ordered pretzel bites after placing them on the table he grabbed one to eat and seen a big hair right on top of it 🤢 the manager was looking for the roach at the first table we was at I had called her over to show the hair and after looking at it for a little she claims there was no hair on it after our waitress told her there is a hair and she seen it the manager picked the hair off the top and said oh yes I see it now and walked into the kitchen to see what had happened

It was very disgusting and they didn’t seem shocked at both incidents it seems like it’s been a issue at this establishment as it is very dirty inside I dont recommend this restaurant for anyone I will never step foot in this location again,

customer service was great. but i asked for a cookie skillet to go, didn’t get it to go, took 20 min all together to get it, they BURNT IT, then made me one that was raw. are you kidding me?!? GET IT TOGETHER!! i understand it’s late at night but do better. i just worked a 16 hr shift so don’t give me the you’re tired card. then to serve someone raw cookie dough. great. thanks for the stomach ache. won’t be back. i always have terrible experiences here. NO THANKS!!!!!
