Worst experience ever, worst location ever I hate leaving bad reviews but I've been to a handful of Burger Kings in multiple states and never had issues like I had today. Including this location that I've been to multiple times and have dealt with rude employees which is just generally expected.I went today around 3:00 p.m. to get an impossible burger that I always get when I come and do to dietary restrictions, I always get the Patty cooked in the microwave and it's never an issue!Until today at this location that I've been to over 10 times including this past Friday and got an impossible Patty cooked in the microwave, no issues any of those times.But today the girl had no idea I told her I get it all the time at this location no issue and she said it would take a while at 1st and then when I asked if they're able to do it. She said they don't do that, which is crazy because like I said, I've been to this and multiple locations,but it's never been an issue.This was my last time coming to this location! 😞

I went through the drive-thru today in order to chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise and onion and pickle and when I got home there was tons of mayonnaise on both! I'm allergic to eggs there's a reason I asked for no mayonnaise I can't eat it so into the trash this went wasting my money. The lady working the drive-thru had a nasty and hateful voice attitude for no reason. Maybe she was having a bad day but don't take it out on customers.

I pulled in and a customer was peeking off angrily ( shouldve known then). The drive thru took forever for cars infront of me to order and i noticed two drive immediately off. Once at the ordering menu it took awhile only for them to say "Hold on! " I said ok no problem. 5 mins gets on and says " it will be 30 mins to get your food".. I asked what? As i didnt understand really thats all they said .. There is a 35 minute wait bc we only have one person on the grill! I said okay... they said okay and Just assumed i wouldn't order and turned off Mic 😆.. Now i understand being human frustrated and short staffed at restaurants but never have i ever.. i waited for awhile to try and order but line was so long n they didnt come back to menu.. upon driving off there were several workers but the rest were just chopping it up in the lobby?! I went here bc it was closest to the hospital my sister and her husband were both at. Its there favorite and couldnt get it for them. Worst bk ever its like a club hangout for kids in uniforms to fight customers ..

love this place the lady mickey very awesome i had a really big order today and i ask her to make sure everything was fresh in hot i had a long drive so that’s why i ask her to please please make sure everything hot in correct she didn’t disappoint at all everything was bag neatly fries was very hot when she took my order wasn’t rush she even repeated the order back on point thanks i will be returning thanks awesome customer service

Plus they weren’t polite either I was very polite towards them and they have this look like “ I rather not be here “oh my goodness never again will I go here! Place is always not well kept.

The cashier at Burger King (El Dorado & Hwy 3 in Webster Texas) just through a large handful of ketchup packets in my face. After I had finally remembered to ask for salt (an electrolyte) on my fries, since this happened a lot, it became clear that they both had acknowledged but then ignored my request. I considered driving back home for salt to avoid having to ask them again. But it was too far and it really wasn't fair. I drove through again and explained there was no salt on the fries, the cup or even in the bag. This cashier tried to grab the bag from me and said "You don't have to do all that, give them to me" I pulled the bag away from her grasp and said "I don't want them anymore" as I put them on the counter drive through window. Later she told police that I threw the bag at her. She lost it and grabbed a handful of ketchup packets and through them and my bag of fries at me forcefully saying "Don't you ever throw anything at me!" and the second employee leaned out and said "I will punch you in your face!" So I called the police. They were kind but I didn't get a refund and was told never to come back. I have a video of her telling the boss on video call, that she ".. and then I threw it (bag of fries) right there" pointing down to the bag on the ground next to my car. This young woman has a chip on her shoulder, a nasty temper no self-control; two characteristics that don't mix with serving the public. I've been going there for breakfast every morning for more than a year. So many people out there are reactive like that instead of at least trying to stay calm. Instead, it's all attitude, aggravation, and escalation. This ugliness is not fair and completely unnecessary. I'm old and my routine is important to my well-being. I just wanted some french fries and coffee for breakfast. It's really a beautiful day so I'm just going to take this with a grain of salt. Ha ha.
