I give this location so many chances because its nearby and convenient, but literally every time is a disappointment. Avoided this location for months after they messed up my 2 previous orders (also months in between each order), then finally came back today and they messes up again. The only thing they’re consistent at is messing up orders. Wanted to try the new steakhouse burger specifically for the onion rings and guess what was missing? The onion rings! Lol. Insane. Always check your order before leaving. They will almost always screw it up and the manager there is rude as hell.

My fries taste like literal pee, I dont know if there using spoiled food or oil .. but this isn't right this is a safety food hazard. THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED!! I am so disgusted im this dirty place lets pray I don't get sick. Especially me being pregnant.

“Tiara” , She said that was her name, the Employee who refused to give me a receipt.
I asked because my total changed from order screen to drive thru window . And I thought, I bet I dont get a receipt. Sure enough. No receipt.
I was accused of “doing too much” because I asked for a receipt for food I had paid for. She is unable to print out a receipt ? Really? Seems fishy to me.

The black lady that appeared to be the manager was being so rude to her employees the gentleman that was helping me with my pick up order was extremely nice and he went to go get a big bag for me and instead of the manager just stating that they were out; she tried to embarrass him. I guess to make him look bad. I don’t know but it was unacceptable and maybe they would’ve had bags if she would’ve been more worried about her ordering instead of tearing her employees down. She needs to go through a training course cause clearly she’s not management material. Food was as expected delicious

Playing the flame broil taste of the 🍔 burger was just amazing served hot with fries 🍟.... And a drink or ice cream cone something you can't find nowhere no more. The restaurant was clean the atmosphere was great..... The Whataburger team was very polite

Double check your order before you leave. I ordered Tacos with no sauce, got home n they gave me the hot sauce in it. I like their tacos cause they are crunchy.
