Menu has changed since my last visit. Food did not seem as good as previous trips. Still a good place to grab a bite.

This morning was a bit disappointing. Have always loved this place but seems to be going down. First impression was a young lady that took our order...Not a warm welcome at all. She seem bothered. The scrambled eggs were way over cooked. The "toast" was limp.

Good food, nice staff, they even let me taste a sample of the soup before I ordered. Something just was 'off'. Not sure what it was....might have been my own squirrelly taste buds. The drink area was disappointing - it was dirty and they were out of some basics like lemons and cup covers.

They have reduced their portion size to help their bottom line. Got the club sandwich and was given 3 oz of fries with it.(yes I weighed them) When I complained, was told they now "portion" fries.

It was better than expected! I personally think it is better than Panera Bread. Faster service, friendlier staff and cheaper prices! Plus the tea is freshly brewed China tea unlike Panera Bread! A+ :)
