We orders some cookies for our gender reveal and they were awesome! Not only were they super adorable and perfectly matched our theme, they were delicious!! Everyone asked us where we got them from. I was a bit worried about them breaking during shipping but they arrived on time and in one piece!

CaseBakes brought a little bit of Texas to East Alabama with her Astros-themed sugar cookies. My son is a huge Astros fan, so I thought these would be perfect for his birthday. The cookies were shipped on a Tuesday, and arrived in two days...in perfect condition. Not a one cracked or broken! The cookies were absolutely gorgeous, and tasted as good as they looked. They practically melted in your mouth, and had a mild almond flavor. Delicious! I highly recommend CaseBakes!!

I got some unconventional gender reveal custom cookies and the cookies were perfect!! They are SO YUMMY too! Great customer service as well! They helped me figure out the shapes and colors based on some loose ideas I had. Will be going back for sure!

I ordered 3 dozen cookies for a high school graduation party. I expected some breakage and some to not be usable, but not most of them. They melted in the box and did not ship well at all even though they were bubble wrapped and had tissue paper all around them. I suggest using caution when ordering something for shipping during hotter months. It’s June and this happened. I also contacted the business and told them they should consider a cooler when shipping during the hotter months or quicker shipping options. Disappointed. Thankfully the restaurant we are having the party at offers dessert options. These were extra decorative cookies. However, still disappointed for the money spent. I would have paid more for above shipping options to ensure preserved cookies.
Update: I greatly appreciate their customer service and response. A partial refund was given and they were just as sad as I was.

Came to pick up Bridgerton cookies that they had special for the premiere. I picked up some for my wife and a few for those in the office at work. While I was there the staff was super nice and helped me because because she could tell that I knew nothing about Bridgerton. The cookies were awesome and I even picked up a colossal chocolate chip cookie for myself. I would go back and try some of the other treats they all look awesome. Everything we tried tasted great!
