Please explain why how an active national guard person that has never left the country is valued by Chick-fil-A more than a retiree that has spent years in war zones when comes to the military discount? I eagerly wait for a response

I normally have no problems at this location. Absolutely love it. Well, I just left today 12/12/2025 (order time 2:38pm) I ordered the grilled chicken wrap with fries, lemonade and chick-fa-la sauce. The wrap is cut into two. It was pretty good except I had a piece of what looked like maybe chin hair in it. I called the restaurant @2:54pm to let them know and the woman that answered the phone told me I could bring the food back and have it replaced. Unfortunately I’m 24wks pregnant and the sight of the hair made me throw the first half of the sandwich up and I still have the second half. She apologized and asked me for a receipt which her new employee didn’t give. I said I literally just came there, told her my name on the order and said yall even gave me a free ice cream so she know I wasn’t lying. She said she won’t be able to give a refund but could replace it. Highly won’t recommend this place due to this, I should’ve went down the street to jack in box if I would’ve known my experience would’ve sucked like this.

Absolutely horrible… I am a customer for over 9years and I am never buying from this location again. I ordered breakfast burritos via the iphone app for carry on, I arrived about 40min after to pick it up and they told they cancelled the order and throw it away since I didn’t pick up the order within 30min!! No communication at all before they take action!! Never coming to this chick fil a location again.

Chick fil a is the place that, I never have to check my bag to make sure my order is right. Well today was the day, I get home and they gave me a regular sandwich, and not my 🌶️ spicy sandwich. Guess that habit will change going forward :(

We stopped at this location after getting off of our cruise ship and had a great experience, I loved the Christmas music and tree. Terrence took our orders, brought us our food and refilled our drinks before we left. He did a great job, was very polite and on top of anything we asked.

Food is hot and tasty, prices are somewhat high for fast food and the lines can be long. This location has a kids play area and a decent amount of booth and table seating. Loud inside, the drive through is a double lane where people walk to you to take your order. Bad part is you don’t get to see the menu when you are ordering .
