My first time at this restaurant will be my last time. I had family in from out of town and drove to the restaurant with a takeout order for dinner. When I got back home I found several items missing. I called to ask for a refund, the team leader was unable to offer me any resolution other than driving back to the restaurant (while my family was eating) to get replacement items, and it had to be that night before 10:30 or she would do nothing at all. Needless to say, leaving my guests alone for another hour wasn’t a viable option and I explained that to her. I’m disappointed that a company known for its values doesn’t focus them on customer service.
