⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mrs. Dominique at Chili’s is absolutely amazing! From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Her attitude was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly, and she checked on us at just the right times without being overbearing. She was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. You can tell she truly cares about providing excellent service. Because of Mrs. Dominique, our experience at Chili’s was outstanding, and we will definitely be back. She is a true asset to the team!

Carry out order was messed up and the restaurant refused to fix it. My smash burger was missing all the toppings and the burger was overcooked and dry. When I called to complain they claimed that was how i ordered it despite the receipt stating otherwise. They refused to fix the order. I order from this restaurant once a week not usually this bad. Maybe I will go elsewhere from now on

Brought child’s chicken strips out barely 5 minutes after order placed. Chicken was cold! Asked for manager and new chicken was brought out within 2 minutes. Tells me already cooked just warmed up. Apology was fake and staff not very tentative.
