I ordered a burrito bowl. It came with rice, and the rice was so hard and raw that I couldn't eat it after paying $25. Delivery included. Terrible food.

The rice wasn’t fully cooked and the chips were weird. At first I thought they were stale. They were really oily but not soggy. They felt weird when biting them and they had little to no salt or lime. Also, the bathrooms are really run down. Staff were friendly though!

Horrible! Went in to get an order for a regular quesadilla I was told I can only order that online...why is this? The manager very rudely tells me this is the policy. Ok no problem...so I proceed to order it online while standing in the restaurant. However, very silly and inconvenient!
So I wait for the order and I watched the so called manager make the order. I then go to pick up the order in the to go pick up line. There was no actual line at that time...but somehow the guy chose not to acknowledge my presence and didn't bother to ask me who or what I was there to pick up for. I stood there over 5 minutes and watched him make other orders and then remove his gloves to go the back and start texting on his phone. No one acknowledged me after standing there for quite some time I finally had to ask for assistance just to get my order. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. While I'm sure this will not impede any of their business...the consumers need to know this location has a horrible manager and poor customer service!

Wow the service is going to kill this place. All 3 of the people at the food prep area act like i'm doing them a favor by buying food from them. If the food was not good I would never return.

The Chipotle off of Webster was genuinely so terrible and it is every single time. I usually am super considerate about certain fast foods but holy. I went in recently and off the bat they were out of everything. I kept asking about the stuff and asked about a restock and both female workers sounded condescending.They still had 30 minutes left till closing and it was hard to believe they were out of cheese, sour cream and white rice.Also when I walked in it was a absolute mess, there was a gallon of milk just sitting out on the prepping table the entire time we were in there. There was ALSO an employee on register with headphones in??? Anyways all I'm finna say is from some who works at Chipotle, that this chipotle is not worth going to. Just go to the one in league city.

I had the worst experience here yesterday we come here pretty often and our order is usually 24 dollars. They tried charging me for the side of salsa which is free and they claimed that they’re “supposed to charge for it but usually don’t” and it was going to make my order 32 dollars. Also the lady taking my order was extremely rude, and spiteful she would scoff and roll her eyes when I would ask her to put more rice and beans and she barely put any steak on my burrito on top of that. This place is under poor management. One of the line-workers was wrongfully trying to overcharge us - she tried to charge for guac on a veggie bowl, and tried to charge for x3 sides of salsa?? Management did nothing, and instead backed the incorrect line-worker. Very unprofessional. Went from going here regularly, to never returning.

You know when you see those ridiculous videos of workers skimping on meat? That’s this place. Like not even half a spoon and then have the audacity to charge double meat when you point out how ridiculous that was for all the money it cost. The white rice is also poorly cooked. Mushy and clumpy.

The food was okay, but the chips were stale. The 3 people working all had a bad attitude. There were sighing, eye rolling, and ignoring me. I don’t bother saying anything in person because no one seems to care. But maybe they can study chick fil an and get some of that mojo.

Update 2/2025: I don’t think that chipotle employees are trained on customer service. There’s no greeting no smile no sense of when to order because nobody says anything. They just stare. When I ask what I want it takes several repetitions before they understand what I’m talking about even though I’m just saying words like “taco.” Despite all the negative, the food is absolutely delicious. I wasn’t a huge fan of chipotle until I tried the tacos with sofritas and I’m addicted.

I don’t know what needs to happen to make chipotle a friendly place to visit. I don’t know if they need more employees. I don’t know if they need more training. I don’t know if their wages are too low but something‘s gotta give because this environment doesn’t allow for bad customer service when there is other options, especially with the economy the way it is each sale lost is a big deal. Anyhow, I’ll be back for the food that’s for sure.

Literally get a new job if you hate it here so much. Employees have horrible attitudes and they are so stingy on the portions as if their paycheck depends on it. Got a half ass scoop of guacamole and said it would be double the price if I wanted more?! as if the scoop he gave me would even fill a side cup. Go work somewhere you’d be happier at so you don’t make me dread getting food 😀

how do you constantly run out of veggies and toppings. a sign should be posted at the start of your order because the employee seems to have gotten mad and threw the bowl in the trash when I didn't want it anymore after not having any lettuce(like hes the one throwing a fit). that's a key ingredient to a salald

I got the new brisket Burrito, added queso. Never been to a Chipotle before. Genuinely the worst Burrito I've ever had in my life. The only thing I can taste is some vague sting from the old and dry brisket I got somehow served
