My family has eaten at this location before with no issues, and I have picked up many online orders from this location with nearly no issues. The staff is nice, but it's typically a mess on the inside (trash cans overflowing, drinks not tasting right because the syrup hasn't been changed out, etc.), but the food is usually fine. I submitted a delivery order to this location for the first time tonight, and half of the order wasn't even ours as it had someone else's name on it. Unfortunately, the one thing we did order and did not get belonged to my son. He can't eat any dairy products or else his throat will start closing up and cause him to choke. I'm glad he thoroughly looked at it first because it had cheese all in it. Thanks Chipotle for not paying attention, wasting my money, and potentially harming my son.

I have been to this location 3 times over the last month while my wife has been in HCA Clear Lake. Each time the we’re not busy. It has been in complete disarray. Food containers half stocked or less and food spilt all over the countertops. I have never been to a Chipotle as dirty or disorganized as this location. Staff was rude. I will not be going back.

Erick, the cashier should not be employed here. He doesn’t ring up orders correctly & his hygiene was bad. On top of that this locations restrooms are filthy and their tabletops full of food. There was no machine working for the sodas. I would say this locations really gross and to find another one!

Food is solid but the ac does not seem to work. Dine in is mostly empty and it’s just uncomfortably hot. Also, the music is unbearably loud. We almost had to yell at the counter to place the order and I’m now sitting next to my family at a table and everyone has to almost yell to be heard. Why is the music so loud? This is nightclub loud. Just makes it hard to really enjoy the food.

Horrible service !! Every employee acted and seemed like they hated their job or they had an attitude with everyone who walked it . Do better chipotle or get employees that actually know how to have customer service .

Absolutely delicious food. Havent eaten at a Chipotle in years and was pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. The 2 helping me were amazing. They did a great job working through customers while there was a rush.

Ordered online 7/31/25 @ 4:11 pm got a notification stating food was ready walked in no one assisted me than man/woman was very rude saying I should’ve asked for the food why I thought I was being patient and someone was going to assist me or have my food on the rack which that’s where it said it was in app . Won’t return and I asked for double protein which was not in bowl.

At 7 pm on a Friday they were out of several things including white rice and guacamole. The attitude of both employees I had to work with was absolutely terrible. Unwilling to accommodate or offer a solution for the absent items.

I come to this Chipotle once in a while because it's close to my job.. not really my favorite one to go to. Today, not only did my chicken taste like it was scraped from the bottom of the pan but my Avocado dip had a piece of the outer layer with the sticker on it.... not to mention a piece of what looked like a glove was sitting in my bag. I think I'm gonna skip having Chipotle for lunch for now on..
