This was trash. I spent $50 for cold and obviously old food. Workers needed take more pride in the product they present to customers. If you wouldn't eat it don't serve it. I'll never patronize this location again. Absolutely horrible

I always love chipotle, but i had gotten here early and sat outside for 10 minutes waiting for it to open. Then once they were open, they didn’t open the doors until 10 minutes after the time stated.all i wanted was a guac and chips. then had to repeat 4 times to them that that’s all i wanted because he wasn’t paying attention. then when i asked about the sizes he didn’t know what to say and just stared at me and had to repeat my self an unnecessary amount of times. just expected better hospitality.

I have always had nothing but great experiences here. Chipotle has, hands down, the most consistent quality I have ever seen at a restaurant. If you place a mobile order here, you’ll be forced to ask for it from an angry employee at the mobile order preparation line. It’s a pretty obnoxious experience every time.I used to visit this location at least a weekly, back when they allowed customers to grab their own mobile order from a pickup shelf. However, I hardly ever go here anymore because I simply don’t care to interact with their rude employees, all of whom seem incredibly annoyed when I ask them for my order.How else am I supposed to get my order than to ask for it? If they’re unwilling to set the order on the shelf, what else am I expected to do?? Yet their employees just roll their eyes at me, as if I’m doing something wrong. Am I supposed to use telepathy or something?!

Food is great, however the frontline workers there are horrible and super unfriendly. They changed their hours to closing at 11 which was nice, but god forbid you get there at 10pm and they all give you a dirty look, they start cleaning and putting food away at 10pm so being open until 11 doesn't matter because they're going to tell you they have nothing to serve you. I worked in the food and bev industry for years and never acted the way the employees at this location do.

I had an online order. When I arrived I ask for my order, just a burito. The staff told me that it's coming and then I've had to wait for >15' and she didn't make my order and no reason. Still waiting and let see how long will I have to wait for a burito :) Terrible service!
