The food was flavorful and authentic. The staff were wonderfully friendly and the atmosphere was simple, comfortable, and casual. Perfect place to stop for a nice relaxing meal!
So the server says, I would wait a while they're fresh out of the fryer. More like fresh from the heating lamp. They were definitely not cooked enough. They were by far the greasiest "cracklin" I've ever had. And for the price, you'd expect it to be on point. Just wish you'd get what you paid for. Unfortunately that's a downward spiraling trend in food service today everywhere.

Excellent boudin balls! You can buy them fresh & ready to eat or frozen to take home. The boudin is very meaty with great rice. Can be bought fresh, cold vacuum packed or frozen. The store has a great selection of Louisiana food items. This is truly a market!

I just tried them today. It was absolutely amazing. Great seasoning and hands down the best Boudin I have tried. I never knew I needed Boudin egg rolls in my life until today. The crawfish empanada was also amazing. Will definitely be a loyal customer.

It's a nice place to shop and eat. The food never disappoints but the friendly faces and warm welcome puts it over the top. Can't beat their great customer service and attentiveness. The menu was explained to me as a newbie and I have enjoyed the great variety of options on my return visits.

My wife is from Lafayette La, and is extremely picky about the bouidin she buys, so she was skeptical when I told her about this place by the hospital I started working at, so I surprised her with their bouidin eggrolls, and she loved them. A big bonus for us is that they have the one Cajun seasoning that we usually have to travel back to Louisiana to buy, as HEB stopped carrying it. We have already been back since the initial visit, and she came with me last time. We will definitely return, and encourage anyone looking for authentic Cajun seasoning and foods, both prepared and ready to cook at home, to stop by and give them a try.
We enjoyed trying Chloe's - a shrimp po-boy, a muffaletta and boudin balls. Everything was good and we'd go back again. They also have a grocery section where you can buy frozen prepared foods, spices and a variety of other Cajun items.
