I walked in and the lady at the window desk was on a person call (I could tell by the details of of the conversation). She closes the window while I'm standing there and proceeded to talk on her phone. I stood there for a couple of minutes before she decided to hang up. Then I was informed that this is not a bakery for the public, they only bake for restaurants. No where anywhere does it state this. I drove from baytown because of the reviews and again not even in the comments did it state this. Extremely disappointing.

The BEST cakes EVER! Staff was so helpful, friendly and courteous! I recommend the Chocolate Mousse Cake, actually all their cakes are amazing! Great to gift or have one for your home with family!

Owner is very nice and people working here are very friendly. This is the first time I have ordered a carrot cake ?. Cake was so rich of flavor. I don’t think I have ever eaten Such a delicious cake before. One peice of cake will knock you out. Thanks ?

I had their eye bread and English muffins via a local eatery.when I heard it was Colosseum bakery it took me back bgg to when they had their italian restaurant, sadly though that place is closed and their bakery does not sell to the public ! Boo hooWe need a good italian bakery here in houston area on this side of Houston!
Their bread is good, nothing wrong with taste or texture. I did business with them for 5 years. Was always happy. I had to close that restaurant and now, 6 years later I have another restaurant. I contact Colosseum to order bread. Unfortunately, this time, the baker refuses to make the size I need. He can do it, but he refuses to. I can't use the size he wants to make. I'm dealing with the bread Czar....lol. "No Bread for you!"
