The people answering the phones don’t know what they are doing half the time. I’ve walked in there to pick up pizza and I see this girl put a customer on hold for a long time while she was talking and laughing with a coworker then realized I was watching her and then got the phone to take their order. She had that customer in hold for well over 10 mi s. Pizza is great, service sucks!!

I ordered takeout from here. I got a 1/2 1/2 pizza with garlic Alfredo and beef pepperoni. The pizza looked visually appealing but it didn’t have much flavor and tasted like oil.

We just ordered for the last time and ended up having to cancel our delivery. We’ve had nothing but issues the last handful of times and keep giving benefit of the doubt that they are just having a bad night.
Placed order at 7:11 pm was told 45-1hour.
Called to check on order at 8:30 and was told we were the next delivery. 15 min and our order still hadn’t made it. So we called back to cancel. 8:53 driver shows up as we are backing out to head to whatabuger to get our dinner…

The best pizza I’ve ever had — seriously! 🍕 The crust is perfectly crisp outside and soft inside, the sauce tastes homemade, and the toppings are piled high. The place has a fun, small sports-bar vibe and super friendly staff. The Works pizza was our favorite! We will be back!!!

Let me start by saying that I have always loved Dans Pizza. It is one of my favorite local places to eat. However, I just had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant in a long time. Everything started out fine. We (3 top) ordered two sets of wings to start and then entrees of two pastas with salads and a pizza for me. Things started looking bad when the salads and wings that usually come out pretty quick weren't coming, and another table got up and left because they were tired of waiting. We asked about our salads and a short time later another server brought one of the two. We asked for the other on, but it didn't come. My wife finally got up and asked our server(who we hadn't seen in a while) about it and it again came out a few minutes later. At this point the table next to us got up and left because they were tired of waiting. As they were passing our table they wished us good luck. The wings never came, but one of the pastas came out. We asked what was going on and were told that there was a computer issue which evidently according to another server had been going on all day. We told them we would like our meals at the same time and not just one thing at a time, They then came out with two pastas and nothing else. I canceled my wings and pizza but my wife and her mom took their pasta. A few minutes later my wings that I had already canceled came out. We took them back and ate what we had. At no point did any manager come by and no one seemed the least bit concerned about what was going on. We asked for the check and found my wings were still on the bill. This horrible experience will sadly make me question if I will ever be back to a place I used to rave about.

Dans Pizza was amazing!!! Unfortunately the chicken alfredo pasta was not very good. It was super dry and hard like something that they pulled out the freezer and threw into the oven. I let the waitress know about tje pasta and it was removed from the bill. The wings were solid and the service was great. This was my first visit and I will definitely go back for the pizza and wings, not for the pasta. Lol.

Changes must have happened with management or something, because this restaurant has gone downhill in the recent months. I have been coming here for years with family and friends, and have always loved Dan’s. While the pizza is still good, the service is horrible. We went in April and realized there seemed to be a whole new set of servers. The server forgot to put in orders, open beer cans with their bare hands, and didn’t seem to have the training/menu knowledge to answer questions. It’s been 4 months since then, and today was no better. We went in at 3pm and it took 15 minutes for us to get greeted. We had the same server as back in April, and they got one of our orders wrong multiple times, didn’t bring our drinks when we asked for refills, and service was again overall bad. They did comp half of our meal though, which we were very grateful for. But the experience was so bad compared to the stellar service we’ve had in the past, I don’t think we will return for a while.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery to Great Wolf Lodge around 9:34pm and it arrived at 10:04!!!! Hands down some of the best pizza I've ever had. It was very crispy with an airy crust and the quality of the ingredients was top notch, especially their sauce!!! If you're in the area and looking for pizza, THIS CAN NOT BE BEAT!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been a Dan's patron for more than 10 years. The place is great at all times. Love the tables the vibes assorted beers i like a lot. The owner has blessed us with his presence some years back. So down to earth.
