Very cool and chill vibe, roll up to the drive through, place your order and enjoy. I like asking the employees what they enjoy or recommend, you can end up with some pretty cool combinations.
When the line isn't super packed, the employees are all very friendly and welcoming, much better than Starbucks. I do feel bad for the employees who have to stand outside to take the order though, the company really should provide some sort of shade or tent, especially how hot it gets here during the summer, it's rough to see them sweating and burning up out there.

Best people just sat at the hospital for 8 hours and I get to dutch bros cause I need something to wake me up on the drive home and the two wonderful ladies working this morning talked to me about star wars and were super cheerful thank yall so much

Tried the seasonal cookie butter with an extra shot of espresso. The extra shot helps cut down on the sweetness for me. Drive thru was busy so we parked and walked up. We were helped right away. Service is quick even when they were busy.
