One of the worst fast food experiences of my life. Ordered then after 10 min was told they were out of cheese and we had for things we had ordered like cheeseburgers that required cheese. Was not offered a refund just take them with no cheese or wait for someone to go to the store to buy some with no estimate on how long this would take. Turned out the answer was 45 min. To top it off one item was missing from the order we received and one order was not made correctly. Would give less than 1 star if it were possible.

The food was not good at all. It was 3 fried Oreos and 1 Philly cheesesteak. The fried Oreos was mostly batter and they were huge and tasted nasty and the Philly was also nasty. Would not recommend.

I ordered the 9 strip with two different sauces and they insanely small, some more like miniature nuggets. I paid $20 for just this. Then they put both flavors in there all mixed around so they both have both sauces and I’m pretty disappointed. Not worth my money.

Absolutely horrible first-time experience. The guy behind the counter didn’t smile and barely spoke. Food for 2 people took 40 minutes to make and it was cold by the time it was brought out to me. Save your money and eat elsewhere. This place has awful service, ridiculous prices and the hot food is served cold.
Trash, the guy behind the counter was drunk. He even announced it. Literally took 10 minutes to take a order. It was so unprofessional and I would’ve left if I hadn’t already paid online

I walk in to the this drab messy lobby that while at first glance might not seem inviting. Is actually the friendliest of all time ever fr. The dude up front takes my order with the upmost attention and grade A attitude. A forced but beautiful smile across his face as he makes a weak joke that tickles my funny bones. After a short wait considering my absolutely gargantuan order size, me and my lovely girlfriend chowed down on 10k calories worth of assorted fried foods and promptly entered food comas as god intended. Lovely place will visit again to indulge in gluttonous activities.

Came in tonight order a half of a fat shack received my ordered opened it before I left and I received a half of a doobie which I did not order drove off checked the sandwich again after waiting another 30 mins for my sandwich sandwich was received again incorrectly made no mozzarella sticks on the sandwich or jalapeño poppers he remade it for the third time and received only cheesesteak and fries no jalapeño poppers or mozzarella sticks on the sandwich he blamed it on how corporate prints the orders terrible terrible business will not be returning cold fries and whole sandwich tasted burnt other customers were also wanting refunds and complaints about the burnt food extremely disappointing for such expensive items
