Ever heard of a sub shop with no chips? You have now it’s called Firehouse Subs Webster. I’m not sure how this place stays in business they evidently cannot afford to stock chips. In all honesty they did have some chips you had a choice between bbq and jalepeno that’s it rest of the rack was empty. This brand uswd to be a great quick option and maybe it still is somewhere out there but not at this location. They do not seem to have any pride in the brand which is a shame.

We had the pepperoni pizza meatball sub. The bread didn’t seem to be toasted at all. The place wasn’t very clean. It’s a small place and they were busy so they probably didn’t have a chance to clean between rushes. The tv was on and the volume was up really load. The soda fountain was really dirty. Again! I’m hoping it was just a rush prior to me getting there. The girl who took our order was very pleasant though. I like firehouse subs so hopefully this was just a one...

Super friendly staff-Scarlette and Samarah were so helpful. I got the Pizza Meatball Sub and it was so good especially when combined with the assortment of hot sauce they have.

Super glad I chose this place over Subway.
