Went here recently and was overcharged. Didn't realize until I got home and looked at the receipt. The waiter was reluctant to give us a receipt because he knew what he did and when you pay, it's through a little handheld device the server carries on them. Tried emailing the manager several days ago to correct this but no response. Food was good but won't go back due to dishonesty. How many others has this happened to?

My family and I went to Floyd's tonight. Our waiter's name was Robby. He suggested the Crab Bisque with my Bar Trash Grilled Cheese. Let me tell you it was amazing! Everything was amazing! Robby was definitely a great team member and I am so glad he was our server tonight. He made our first time there such a positive experience. I hope he has a blessed Christmas and I hope that whoever is reading this will get the change not to only get served by Robby and taste the amazing food of Floyd's.

Food was nasty !!! First time here. Fish had no flavor, hush puppies had no flavor, the only thing that I liked that I ordered was the sweet potato fries. Definitely not coming back !!! Should have stuck with swamp shack. But hey this is my opinion. Not the frist time that I wasted money on food. 5 of us ate and only 2 of us liked the food.
