Too often customers are quick to give reviews when the services or products they receive are below par. I'd like to take this time to give a big shout out to Eric Garcia and his awesome team. "Good service" and "good food" go hand-in-hand and unfortunately both are harder to find nowadays. That has not been the case with my husband and my experiences with this Fuddruckers! We absolutely love their "Hangover" burger. Eric thanks for handling a really small order situation with expedient professionalism and grace! Fuddruckers is blessed to have you as a leader. The staff was so kind, and the food was good! The AC made it really cold inside, so we sat outside. Problem solved! Burgers were good, I liked the topping bar. The pickles were sooo good!
Used to love this place, but things have changed for the worse. All areas had not been wiped down and they just opened the doors at 11:00 when we arrived. Booth seats are wormed down and torn. The bread was under baked. The 1/3 pound was very small. Not a true 1/3 pound. The cheese in the pot was thin and runny. The crew has microphones but yelled the orders out for pick up which was not able to understand what they were saying.
