Great American Cookies

I ordered a cake for my son’s graduation but when we arrived to pick it up I realized I had not completed the order. The store associate was so helpful and sold us a freshly decorated cake. We greatly appreciated the last minute save and will definitely order here again. Five stars for excellent service!

Went there and had half the shelves empty and said it would take all day for the cookie cakes to be ready… poor management

I should have read the reviews before ordering from here. I ordered a cake online that said “I’m Pregnant”, to surprise my family on my birthday dinner. The wording on the cake was horrible & they told me they couldn’t fix it. They need to train the people that are decorating the cakes. It was a huge bummer!

Ordered a decorated cake to be delivered, ended up getting a completely blank cake. Called the store and the person there was clueless as to what was going on. Said she had my order then said she didn't have my order and had no idea where it was. Then she said there must have been a "glitch" in the system. So I asked for a refund and was told they didn't know how to give a refund but the cake decorator would come in and make the cake and deliver it for me. Suddenly my original order magically appeared and they knew what I wanted on the cake. In the end, the cake I received was awful and missing letters. Looks like it was made in 5 mins (which it was). Will never order from here again. Would love a refund but nobody seems to know how to process one. She legal???

the ice Cream is ALWAYS great! but customer service..Today?..was Not so hot. The server was not friendly..Barely talked, and looked like she really didnt want to be there..smh

Ask for a domino double doozie

Get a peanut butter cookie, and ask them to put chocolate frosting on it. Soooo good!
