I should have read the reviews before ordering from here. I ordered a cake online that said “I’m Pregnant”, to surprise my family on my birthday dinner. The wording on the cake was horrible & they told me they couldn’t fix it. They need to train the people that are decorating the cakes. It was a huge bummer!

Ordered a decorated cake to be delivered, ended up getting a completely blank cake. Called the store and the person there was clueless as to what was going on. Said she had my order then said she didn't have my order and had no idea where it was. Then she said there must have been a "glitch" in the system. So I asked for a refund and was told they didn't know how to give a refund but the cake decorator would come in and make the cake and deliver it for me. Suddenly my original order magically appeared and they knew what I wanted on the cake. In the end, the cake I received was awful and missing letters. Looks like it was made in 5 mins (which it was). Will never order from here again. Would love a refund but nobody seems to know how to process one. She legal???

Die cr Yelp likes taking my honest reviews down now I'll just repost it It was my birthday today and every other great American cookie company gives away free stuff it even says it on the app you get 5$ off your order but this location doesn't take the app very disappointing and rude about it. From the other reviews on this place we've all had bad customer service. I wrote another review months ago but don't see it. When I saw the place then I was excited and went inside after no one came to the counter I yelled hello. The lady came out and said hang on and went back to washing dishes. For about 10 mins to the point I almost walked out. The cookies are great to bad they have such a crappy workers

Very nice, clean establishment. They always do a good job and are very friendly. We have enjoyed both the ice cream side (Marble Slab) and the cookie side:) Looking forward to picking up some treats for birthday parties soon.

I always wondered why I saw so few customers at this location...Now I know why. Marble Slab cares more about taking advantage of their customers then actually providing a good service. I walk in and ask to taste one of their flavors only to be told, "We don't do tastings." I responded "Last time I was here ( May 4,2021), you did." The guy gave me no legitimate explanation as to why they stopped, but just repeated the same stupid robotic statement "We don't do tastings here." By this time I was getting disgusted but since there was a by one get one regular for free on the rewards app I chose not to make a big deal out of it...That's when things got worse. I show the guy my coupon on my phone and was told by the girl working there that the coupon was not in the system and could not be applied. I had something similar happen last time except a different girl told me it was actually a dollar off then I was supposed to get a free small. I went ahead and used my $5.00 off reward I had as I had no interest in ever coming back to this location again. Incompetent employees that don't know their own policies and a company app that lies to you. Hard pass.
the ice Cream is ALWAYS great! but customer service..Today?..was Not so hot. The server was not friendly..Barely talked, and looked like she really didnt want to be there..smh

This location specializes in telling you "No." "Can my unmasked friend at least look at the menu and go back outside while I order for him?" "No." "Do you have any place I can wash the ice cream off my hands?" "No." "Can I borrow your chair and sit outside if I put it back when we're done?" "No." I will never, ever visit this location again. And if they are all like that, I'm done with this chain forever.
