I came here because I’m a huge fan of their food cart on Old Spanish Trail, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, this visit was a bit disappointing. The portion size was small, especially the salad, and the rice was hard. The service was quick, but that was likely because there were no other customers at the time. I hope this was just an off day, because I’ve really enjoyed their food in the past.

Ordered lamb gyros. Not sure what we actually ate, but you could call it a mystery mini meatball stale pita wrap. Not good at all. Also, I think for some reason they are somehow confused by tzatziki and ranch. Will definitely never be back. Also, way overpriced for what you get.

The inside of the restaurant was clean and well organized. The most interesting part was the gyro king comic story on the wall on the back. I think a better use would be to have that comic strip in the front of the store. Food was divine and friend said it was the best gyro he’d ever had and he compared/stated better than gyros he’s tried even in Athens, Greece! It surely had the taste of a 5/5, I put a 4/5 because of the broken and crumbing pita that my traditional gyro came on. The yogurt sauce they have is excellent in portion, texture, and garlic. Would go back. Do not get the macarons if you’re used mud to higher level quality macarons and these crumbled and were hard. The baklava was delicious though!

The person that served me was a very rude person. I asked me questions about the food. And he looked at me like it was crazy. I ordered a gyro sandwich and it was all shut up. That is not a guy with sandwiched. This is not what I expected. I was not happy with the food card to taste of it. I will never go back again

I asked for the super gyro and then I was given an option that wasn’t up there on the menu that said either a regular or a large so I chose a large thinking and I’m gonna get a big gyro…. All I got was a bunch of vegetables !!! I asked for extra tzatziki sauce. I got none I had to ask for that as well !! Hardly any meat ! I’ve never had a gyro in my life that had mozzarella cheese and mushrooms on it ??? More fluff and filler instead of meat !! I wish I could leave a picture cause I took a picture of it horrible

I’ve been here a few times and always enjoyed the food, so this most recent visit was disappointing. I ordered my usual bowl — lamb over rice with extra sauce. The cashier says white or red and we say white. In all my prior visits, the bowl never came with hot sauce on top, so I was surprised when this one did. My bf and I can’t tolerate spicy food so he went back in alone and asked for it to be remade and was denied. It’s very rare we ask for food to be remade but given how spicy it was I went in to try.
The staff member told me “like I told the other guy” that because I hadn’t specifically asked not to add hot sauce, he couldn’t remake it. I explained that my previous bowls never had hot sauce, so I genuinely didn’t know it was considered a default. Still, he refused to remake it. I eventually asked if I could just scrape the sauce off and get more white sauce, which he did accommodate.
I understand if certain items come standard, but the unwillingness to help over a small, easily fixable mistake was surprising, especially compared to most restaurants or franchises that would quickly remake a dish in this situation. The “no returns, exchanges only” policy and the fact that they don’t give receipts also make the customer experience feel less flexible.
The food is good, but be aware that they won’t remake an item even if it’s not what you expected

I walk in the guy working here was sitting at a table on his phone and picking at his facial acne. He makes feel like I'm bothering him by ordering food . when I order my he tries to make it without using gloves. I asked him to put gloves on and he became annoyed because he wasn't touching my food, just the box the food comes in , as if that makes it okay. I used to like this place but the portions have shrunk the prices have increased and now I'm quite disgusted with the staff here so I'm never coming back.
