We went to Twin Peaks but it was too busy due the the game. So we ended up at Hooters. Not our first choice. We sat down and talked to the manager to add a table to ours because of the amount of people she agreed. Later when that table left the waitress decided we couldn't do that and the other table had more people coming and they could use it. So she moved us in the back corner of the restaurant and forgot about us. 45 minutes to get a beer. She only brought food for 2 out of the 8 people at the table. We never seen our waitress until we asked a waitress working next to our table to get her. She was too busy with the table she kicked us out for. And to top it all off they put an 18% gratuity on our tab for the terrible service we received.

This is my first time dining in at Hooters since I got here in the US 2008. I don’t know what to expect. Wings flavor was good but the size of the wing was so small compared to the other wings restaurants. I also ordered hooters salad but they served me wilted lettuce. I am not the type of person complained so I just ate it. I guessed I’m just so hungry. My server was nice name Brittany though. I hope this business will thrive and they have to change to be able to compete with other restaurants or sports bar.

I was expecting wings drowning in sauce. I was completely mistaken. Ordered Buffalo shrimp and hot wings. Both were cooked really well. The wings were cooked perfectly and not dried out. My only negative was the atmosphere. No music, you could barely hear the football game being played on the television. Also beer and liquor selection is very limited.

Over the years this hooters has really gone down. The wings were super small. Was disappointed with the buffalo shrimp they were either old or over cooked. There was also a hair in our food. Very sad to see this location in the place that it is. Will more than likely not return.

The waitress was nice and did her job. But, i had to chase away 2 cockroachs from the table, while i was eating, and there was a fly in my beer. My friends told me its not what it use to be and they were right. Everything looked old and dirty. The food was ok.

I dont like leaving bad reviews butWas only 1 other table at lunch on a Thursday. Waitress was more interested in telling stories with manager than doing her job. She just dropped food off on table and walked off. Had to flag her down to ask for a refill of tea. Very disappointed in customer service. Wont be back.

Always love the food, but this location is FILTHY. 50 tables open & hostess sat us at the 1 table with food stuck on it from previous guests. Server had to be asked to move us or wipe the table. Took our order on a paper towel. Sticky floors, Bathrooms Disgusting. Time to lean, Time to …… Shame Shame

The wings were really good as usual. The Curly fries were great. We hadn’t dined in in a while because the last time we went the service was pretty bad. But we gave it another try and the service was bad again. And don’t get the bloody Mary pretty watered down both times they did it twice not because we thought it was watered down the first time, but because it sat at the bar for like 20 minutes and the girl forgot about it and she was nice about saying that it was probably watered down and redid it, but the second one was just not Any good either. But they do have good wings, and they have a lot of TVs to watch whatever you’re interested in watching when it comes to sports.

Twin peaks had an hour wait for our table of 16 so we picked hooters because they could seat us right away. We were seated right away because they were empty. We ordered the 10 kids food right away (as soon as we ordered drinks) their food came out with in 10 mins. Our alcohol drinks came out after the kids food did every drink was gross and the beer was flat as can be. The adults ordered their food as soon as we were asked (before the kids food came out) it took an hour and 15 mins to get the food of 6 adults. Mind you there was nobody here. Everyone’s wings were half way sauced, the spicy chicken sandwhich had zero sauce. And one set of mild wings was only tossed in grease and butter. Now they did take $25 off each check, we did have three checks. So there is that, but this was the absolute worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Enough for me to write a review. I’m not one to write a review for standard crappy service.

The bartender Nichole was nice. But the problem I had, I placed a Togo order over the phone all the way from Dickinson. Picked up my order and went home and a whole order was missing. Myself and my husband had to drive all the way back to get the order that was missing which caused the other food we ordered to be cold. Orders should be thoroughly checked before giving to a customer especially having to drive back and forth for missing items.

I have eaten at this Hooters for 20+ years, but never again. They got rid of the Spicy Garlic sauce and everything is tasteless dry rub. Bring back the spicy garlic sauce!!
