Sat for five minutes being ignored, no one asked for a drink, restaurant was empty, four girls walked by. When we got up to leave we told the manager how no one had even acknowledged us and we were leaving and she replied with that's fine . No wonder the pace is empty. This place has gone down hill

There have been multiple reports of employees receiving inconsistent pay, including unfair tip distribution, underpayment, and questionable wage practices. Employees work long, demanding shifts, yet their compensation often does not reflect their efforts. Instead of fostering a fair and supportive work environment, management appears to prioritize profits over properly compensating and valuing its staff.
Unjust Handling of Customer Interactions
Beyond employee mistreatment, Hooters’ approach to customer behavior is equally concerning. If you, as a paying customer, so much as try to get another server’s attention, walk up to a staff member to pay your bill, or attempt to locate your own server after waiting too long, management may arbitrarily consider it harassment. Instead of addressing real issues like poor service or staff shortages, they resort to drastic measures—such as banning customers for life—without proper investigation or justification.
This kind of selective enforcement is not only unfair but also creates a hostile environment for both employees and patrons. When a business prioritizes unverified hearsay over facts, it damages its own credibility and alienates those who support it.

Servers never want to take tables when it’s busy. There were at least 10 open tables but we were told they couldn’t seat anyone because there wasn’t enough servers. This happened twice with zero communication.

The management is terrible. The manager Ryder was very dismissive and rude to me when I mentioned the bug problem I witnessed in the restaurant. I was just trying to enjoy a drink and appetizer with my MIL when this young lady told us we could “leave if there was a problem”. My cheese sticks came out cold after waiting over 30 minutes. My family and I will never return to this location again.
