I love HteaO but y'all closed early and are super rude some kid was yelling from the back of the store the other employees just ignored me when I walked up to the door just wanted to get my drink in and out I already knew what my wife and I already wanted was maybe gonna take 2 minutes the sign and Google says y'all close at 8:05 not 7:58 I understand I was showing up a little late but you didn't have to be rude about it
Nah....this place isn't it. Bland watery tea. I won't be back
$4 for a huge tea. Self serve. They have lots of flavors. Coconut and blueberry flavor was delicious. Tea was refreshing and not bitter. Employees were friendly. 2pm - 4pm is half price.
I love the teas, but this location needed some major attention. The ceiling has a big leak and they had several buckets blocking the walk way, but water still covered the floor. The floor really needed a good cleaning, it was super sticky. Not sure why lots of the teas had froth and some teas didn't taste the same as other locations I've experienced. Being from another city, I was excited that an HTeaO was near the hotel, but this location was nothing to be excited about. Also looked like they only had 1 attendant.
Good tea and a beef stick. What more can I ask for?
This place would’ve been five stars for me a year ago. Look, I’ll come to this place when there’s no AC, the sewer top is pulled off it smells like hell, and the floors are so sticky it pulls off your shoe, and they obviously make different teas in different containers and the flavors cross (like you can taste the peach tea in the chai tea) — however, I love the tea, I love the local pride, and I love the staff. They changed the happy hour from 1/2 off all tea to BOGO free tea. Then the price for refilling a blue 5 gallon jug went from less than $1 to $1.75/gallon. If serving coffee means that my tea isn’t worth the price anymore, I’ll be alright elsewhere.
I want my old HTeaO back 😢
There are many teas to pick from & i think mostly are flavored, and they dont mind you tasting to find what you want. Prices are a bit steep, but i suppose it's not exactly fast food tea, so possibly well worth the price. The younger folks working here weren't exactly welcoming, but very efficient, so not a bad trade off. Im sure I'll be back.
Love this place. The lemonade is amazing, and the different tea selection is great and you get to taste as many flavors before you decide which Tea/lemonade you want, and the size. The staff is very friendly also.
Awesome service and very welcome and Megan was very helpful
I recommend the blueberry green tea. Friendly cashiers.

Georgia peach 🍑
My girl friend and I love coming! We came here long before they build a new one in our city. We still come here when we are in the area! We love trying all their different flavors and it's so spacious and restrooms are always a welcome walk in (no need to ask for a key) . Thank you guys for the hard work you put in for making fresh tea and educating us who have questions on new flavors and reminding us to use / check our rewards upon check out ! We will be back as usual 😉
Very dirty all floors are super sticky
I was so disappointed in this store. It is extremely poorly kept. The floor was so sticky that my flip flop came off! The lids and straws were just tossed about on the shelf in their boxes and the place was just not up to the standard I’m used to seeing from other HteaOs. I’m glad this wasn’t my first experience because I wouldn’t have come back. The staff was very kind and sweet. I went back and forth between 2 & 3 stars and the kind staff allowed me to bump it up
An extra star. I really hope this location gets it together. 🩷
Tea is wonderful!
Sadly, the staff not so much
They could use some much needed customer service training.
