ordered a burger with no tomato (I have an allergy) and when they gave it to me it had tomatos on it and I let them know, they took it and brought back the same one with the tomatos taken off which still has tomato juice on it

Its okay. I dont understand the hype. Freddy's has better burgers with similar style. The fries are good and fresh but everything else is lacking. There are better fast food restaurants. The customer service was awesome and the establishment was clean. Just dont understand the hype behide In-N-Out

I’ve gone to eat here many times and i got a double-double meal but this time the meat of my burgers came out raw it was pink in the middle, the burgers tasted really weird i don’t think i will come back!

They serve good burgers but horrible atmosphere. This has to be the dirtiest fast food restaurant I seen . I asked for a towel to clean my own table because all the tables were dirty . The manager refuse to clean my table and food was coming so I clean it with a napkin. I’m sure they were understaff but come on. In and Out please do not lower your standards ! I hope they get it together soon.
