Me and my sister went there at 10:30 or 11:00 last night. Ordered the stuffed jalapenos three and order of 3 egg rolls and a jumbo Jack .... Every freaking thing in that bag from that cry face at the window was cold. I have been eating egg rolls there for years they're always burning hot... Everything in that bag was ice cold and I'm sure if I went back or called the cry face wouldn't do anything about it. I think that freaking food was just sitting there.... Unreal and then there's this other woman when you come in there to order a milkshake her face is always crying and she makes the freaking milkshake the way she wants to make it. Not how Jack in the box specifies it. But the way she wants to make it in her freaking country.... I'm not going back to this freaking place. So don't waste your time and your energy going to the one on El Camino......

Im at the drive thru no one comes on to speak i pull up to the window one guy says nobody showed up for work, but this is a 24hr location and I bet he was on the clock guess he cant cook and had no access to the register this morning🙄

The team at this location was nice and the food was scrumptious
I love the taste of the Classic Smashed burger, it’s just too much food for me! There’s an incessant beeping from the kitchen, and it’s extremely annoying. If I worked there I would quit just because of the beeping. That’s probably why they’re always training new hires, which is why means the service is rather hit-or-miss.
Dietary restrictions: Because half the workers are usually in training, be sure to double check your order from the drive-through, or better yet just go inside.

They had that poor boy up front by himself running around dealing with the drive thru and everything else, yall either need to give him a raise or hire someone else to help him. I saw the line before I came in, I didn’t care about the 20 minute wait what I care about is seeing workers out of breath trying to keep up. Also everytime I come my sandwich is only ever missing the bacon? Yall skimping on bacon or what. Could be a coincidence though
