Service is horrible, don't try to dine in, you will be ignored at the counter. Drive thru is no better good luck trying to pick up a mobile order.

JACK! Please tell me you read reviews. I am a Jack in the Box regular and usually very happy with my order. That is until today when I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. It was so bad I only ate half. The chicken patty was very chewy. I can’t tell you if it was under or over cooked, or just bad meat. Never again.

It is absolutely ridiculous how stingy y’all are with sauce. I tried to order two extra honey mustard, and whoever was working the drive thru said that he could give me one more extra did not even tell me that I could just order extra sauce and pay for it. I have no problem paying for extra sauce I have to pay for extra sauce at every other restaurant. Then I pull up to the window and I see a sign saying you can order extra sauce for $.25 your drive-through workers need to tell us that and not tell us no. just tell us it costs extra and be done with it because but telling us we can’t is ridiculous.

I had a jumbo jack with cheese recently with a small fry and I don't eat fast food often, but you could tell they made it fresh when I ordered it. It was delicious.

Drive thru guy was clearly on drugs and got our whole order mixed up. He could barely even speak properly.
I usually have a great experience here, but today was pretty disappointing. The fries were a letdown—none of the containers were filled anywhere near the top like they should be. On top of that, the sauce I specifically asked for was missing. And the wait? 20–30 minutes for my order even though it was mobile. Definitely not the standard time you’d expect at a fast food place. Hope this improves!

Me and my sister went there at 10:30 or 11:00 last night. Ordered the stuffed jalapenos three and order of 3 egg rolls and a jumbo Jack .... Every freaking thing in that bag from that cry face at the window was cold. I have been eating egg rolls there for years they're always burning hot... Everything in that bag was ice cold and I'm sure if I went back or called the cry face wouldn't do anything about it. I think that freaking food was just sitting there.... Unreal and then there's this other woman when you come in there to order a milkshake her face is always crying and she makes the freaking milkshake the way she wants to make it. Not how Jack in the box specifies it. But the way she wants to make it in her freaking country.... I'm not going back to this freaking place. So don't waste your time and your energy going to the one on El Camino......
