Ordered a Munchie meal for $10 and didn’t receive the burger every time I visit this jack in the box something is wrong.Will no longer be paying my hard earned money at this place ever again.

Order a burger patty didn't have any grill marks look like had been place food holder to finish cooking. The bread rubbery had been held for awhile not fresh.The front counter and drive thru female just didn't want to be there. The most pressing issues is when I saw her baggie hash brown with her hands.. No gloves no tong . And during that time didn't even wash hands after handling food. I worked JIB 13 years started kitchen end up regional manager franchise. Times have changed.

Went through the drive through with my two children and placed my order then heard cursing. Guess they didn't know I could still hear them. Got the food went home and had to throw it all away as there was hair in the fries and food was cold. Will never go there again and waste my money.

I bought two Supreme Sourdough sandwiches today, and both sandwiches were missing the bacon. The person making the sandwiches may think they're saving this store some money, but since I never plan to come back to this store they've actually lost hundreds of dollars. Please explain this to your staff.

Went to this location 11-25-2025 to get dinner and had multiple issues during my visit. They forgot multiple food items, we ordered mozzarella sticks and received none, we ordered an apple juice with my kids meal and also did not receive that. On top of the missing items we were charged for and didn’t receive, they were also doing that thing to keep their drive thru times down or whatever, instead of keeping you at the window and letting the company know how they’re actually performing, they just tell you to get out of the drive thru and go park in a handicap spot out front and wait 10-15+ minutes for your order. Not sure if management frowns upon that practice or not but it upsets a lot of customers including myself; especially when I get home after waiting 10-15 minutes and find out you charged me for food I didn’t even get. I would advise you to go to a different location because this one just can’t get it right. Enjoy the money y’all steal from your customers by leaving items out of their orders.

I had a really bad experience here. The shake machine wasn't working, and the restaurant didn't feel clean at all. It left me uncomfortable and I definitely dont think im coming back alsl because I think i saw a rat moving throughout the restaurant. Never again🤮

The quality of food at Jack in the Box has kinda gone down.. It seems like the price keeps soaring, but the core ingredients are of a lesser quality. The people are professional and friendly.

They always have cleanest ladies restroom! Always smells like it’s constantly being cleaned multiple times a day! The only public restroom I use on El Dorado. 🥰😍

Pressure wash the lot , looks kinda funky , and some parts of the building. ( Inside *** fix those dangling fans , just looks like the manager just doesn't care.
I had always order from here because I live 4 mins away but I stop ordering from this specific place ever since I received my burger bitten I was shocked and livid because that is absolutely disgusting & this was from uber eats I know it wasn’t the delivery person because he said that he was waiting for almost an hour for my order & they had to remake it because they gave my order to the wrong person so please be careful with ordering your food from here I did nothing wrong but order food online

We love the jack in the box milk shakes and it the main reason we come besides the food, but we came about a month ago and were told the machine was down and just came today and its still broken. Is it really broken Or yall just dont want to serve them??

I absolutely love late night Jack in the box but when you pull through the drive-thru craving a shake and they tell you the shake machine is broken every time after 11:00 it gets a little bit irritating
