Every time I come to this location I get treated so rudely and it’s been going on for more than a year, but I was thinking it was just a staff, but apparently they just like to keep hiring incredibly rude people with no customer service today I walked in because I pre-ordered my bowl through DoorDash. I wasn’t even greeted by the girl. She literally just shot me a really rude side eye and continued doing what she was doing when she was done doing that after literally slamming everything around, acting like I was inconveniencing her by being there she says can I help you very rudely. I tell her I’m here to pick up the DoorDash order and she just rules her eyes and starts looking for it. It was very uncomfortable and I’m tired of giving this location chances.

There service was decent enough, not much to say. But there portion are really misleading, I posted a picture to be more fair to the public when it comes to there bowls. Not at all like there pictures. Order 3 bowls all where the same.One was actually under half lol ? shrink flation real.

To be fair, it is the day after Christmas. The website and the signage say they open at 10 AM. A handwritten note on the door said 11. We waited because family from out of town really wanted to go there. At 11 the door was open but they still were not ready to serve. It was 11:20 AM before they were actually ready. The staff was courteous and did offer an explanation. Very disappointing.

Really amazing service and quality of food and smoothies; only issue I had was originally attempted to put order in online and they said the store did not have anything I ordered; when I walked up there and showed the cashier my order they said they could make everything on it and they didn't know why it wouldn't lemme order it Team members were very friendly and even held a convo while making our order

I have gotten smoothies 4 times from this location and the first 2 times it was good but the second 2 my smoothies had tastes like spoiled fruit, and that's followed by stomach aches.
Employees seemed unhappy and the smoothie was awful.

Love to get my protein srink here. I don't have to ask to call or say anything when I come in,..they will usually have it ready when I walk in. The staff is very nice and patient.

Went earlier and service was wonderful! Desaray, Jada, and Asya (I believe those are their names) made sure my smoothie was perfectly blended. Will definitely return.

So I came in to take advantage of the T-mobile Tuesday deal so I could get $4 off my order! The young man at the front counter was so kind and patient as I tried to figure out how to use my points through the app. He actually pointed to something and it worked! About my drink..I ordered the watermelon breeze and it was DELICIOUS and refreshing! I split it with my son and he enjoyed it as well! Service was fast(then again I came in late evening lol). Would recommend this place.

My absolute favorite is the White Gummy Smoothie, which is very tasty and always fresh. The staff is helpful with suggestions and always makes a quality smoothie. They are normally very packed with customers each time I go, so that is always a good sign of a quality product. They have seating inside, or you can take it to go.
