The guy behind the counter was absolutely amazing! I’m not for sure his name but he wore glasses. I work with a non profit for adults that disabilities and he spoke to each member asking them their order! He also very patient and welcoming! Thank you so much sir! The world needs more of you! ?

I’m from Philly born and raised! I am pregnant with my first child and been craving hoagies! I ordered a tuna sandwich and since I have been in Texas I haven’t found a hoagie I liked til now!!! It made me feel like I was back home!!! It was so good!!!!! I had to call and give them their kudos! They made my sandwich with love! I couldn’t have asked for a better hoagie!!! #GoBirds

Love jersey mikes but the service i received today was absolutely terrible. Manager on duty was super rude to me because their card reader wasn’t working correctly, and they didn’t have Apple Pay set up. He caught an attitude and told my bf and i both if we just wanted to miss out on the meal because we didn’t have the money. He literally told us his chip wasn’t working or the Apple Pay because their system went down yesterday. Not a coincidence it’s not working now either.Wouldn’t even try to restart it or see if something was wrong on his end. Just got irate and started raising his voice at me.And when i tried to show him the money was in the account he said they couldn’t look at it. Overall a douchebag.Money was in the account, no issue on our end.Ended up having cash in the car and paid that way.

Came here around 6:50pm. The way the workers were acting, I thought they were closing up. I actually asked the girl at the register if they closed at 7 and she said no, at 9pm... weird, because they wheeled the chip displays in the back before we even ordered. The other other odd thing was that there was one kid that was making the subs and ringing people out so he made ours and the 2 people ahead of us all at the same time. Not a huge problem but we don't get the oil & vinegar on ours and yet, our sub roll got dragged onto the sloppy cutting board after the previous sub drenching. The staff seemed nice despite the "closing up shop feel." We went with a #3 Ham and Provolone. It was made exactly how we asked and was super yummy. Best part is that I used my Jersey Mike's app and used points and got our regular sub for FREE!

So i put low starts only because i didnt eat inside and i couldnt rate "atmosphere" simply because i ran in,and ran out with my food lol. Very polite workers here(some seem very young). I ordered the turkey&provolone! Simple yet delicious! It has some "girth" to it,meaning its nice and full! This was my 1st time trying this place and im not dissappinted! Beats subway out the park! Just be mindful this can get messy with the oil lolParking: It gets packed here during lunch rush so parking may be difficult!Wheelchair accessibility: There are blue colored ramps in the front!
