I’ve left great reviews for this restaurant in the past. Loved the unique taste of their tuna salad. But today pales any comparison of the good things I’ve said.
We got our favorite tuna salad to go. At home eating the tuna we noticed something was way off. Looked and tuna was just that. Flakey, dry, unmixed large chunks of tuna with little to no mayo and overly large onion pieces. What kinda quality control do they have. How mindless can an employee be to serve that to a customer?
It gets worse. Called the store and was grilled over the purchase. What is your transaction number? What is your receipt number, what number sandwich did you order? Was it a number ##? Or was it a number ##? Were there any things added to the sandwich or left off? Was it to go or dine in? Who picked it up? What time was it?
We didn’t have a receipt number because I called from car. Getting back home & digging bag out of the trash there was no receipt stapled to the bag. Just an order description.
So I guess we will never see a refund. In exchange they lost a customer. And I don’t think they’ll care.
Customer service (or food product) couldn’t be worse.

I love the Picklewich! Went there last night to get another one and a different sandwich for my husband. Got there at 8:30 and they already had the oven turned off and were out of white bread. We ended up leaving because my husband wanted a warm sandwich on white bread. I get that you close at 9:00, but I'm sure they could have turned on the toaster oven to toast the bread if they wanted. Went to Potbelly instead and had delicious sandwiches.

Second time coming to this store and my cater pickup order was not ready. Get some employees who know what they were doing. The order ticket was taped to the fridge and the girl says nobody told her, we'll look at the tickets on the fridge, they aren't there for decoration. Never again, they rushed making the sandwiches, VERY last time coming here. Just awful service.

Multiple times now I've ordered delivery with the Jimmy John's app only to have them call me to tell me they don't have a driver. If you don't have a driver then don't make that an option in the app.

My first visit. Will not be my last. Best creamed corn on planet earth. Everything was excellent. I can't believe I live less than 15 miles away and have never been. I eat the BBQ all the time but this was wonderful experience.

Not enough roast beef was put on my hunter’s club

Placed a delivery order for 6 people’s through the app and waited 30+ minutes before calling because my order still said “we have received your order” on the app. They told me that they had no delivery driver to do deliveries and that they didn’t have enough bread to make our order…are you kidding me? How do you have no delivery staff and no bread? That’s ridiculous. Will not be ordering from this location again.

No option to dine in. I arrived at 6:40 and all of the chairs were stacked up. I asked if they no longer allow dine in and was told it was too late. It was 6:40! They close at 9:00.

Very disappointed. My husband got listeria from their sandwich lol. We thought it just food poisoning, but on day 4 we finally went to urgent care and that’s where he got a diagnosis. So save the trip and money going here! Not to mention, customer service was the worst I’d ever seen. Cursing infront of kids, fighting infront of customers, and it took them forever to “remember” people’s orders. People in line were so frustrated and annoyed. Yikes. Definitely won’t be coming back after my husband getting so sick!
