*Took my family and my mother inlaw for my wifes early birthday dinner but things didn't go as planned* - At first everything went smoothly service was on top and food came out at a good pace but 20mins in everything went down hill, food and service suddenly stopped and we were having to wait another 30mins for someone to even come to our table to swap out our grill. On a Friday night I would've understood the wait, but for a tuesday night and there's only 4-5 other families there to dine is beyond my comprehension on why we stopped being served. I don't like writing this type of reviews cause I know how it is as to be a server but there isn't a valid reason why we had to sit there watching our grill burn and hotpot just boiling if you came by our table and noticed that food orders weren't being pushed out. Our server took our iPad to the manager which took even longer and made us so frustrated that it just ruined our appetite. At this point I just wanted to say that we weren't trying to be difficult but to be respected since we came HERE out of the other 50 establishments nearby willing to spend $250 for good service and food. Thankyou for taking the time to read my frustration and I hope things go better in the future but this night completely ruined my wifes birthday dinner and we will not be coming back to KPot(Webster).

Paula C. Was our server, it was our first time ever in a KPot and let me tell you, Paula C. Was extremely helpful, kind and very patient with us, this young lady is an example what a professional server should be!! The food was amazing and what a fun experience!!! I want to give both the server and the restaurant five star service we are definitely going back for more!! ⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️

I came for late lunch, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. The food came out quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious. The potato salad from the salad bar was so good - I still can't stop thinking about it! I ordered Hot spicy pot and it was amazingly good 👍 highly recommend!

Definitely a favorite for ayce KBBQ and hotpot. So much variety that everyone can find something they like. Custom sauces for you meats. All high quality cuts. Great, upbeat service. Clean restaurant. A real bang for your buck. I've brought friends and family and everyone loves it.

I went in on a Wednesday evening, there was no wait, but I had to wait on my friends to get here. Since there’s a 2 hr dining time and the table has to agree on which option I opted to wait at the bar for them to arrive. Hogan was amazing, he made a delicious fall themed drink for me and even took the time to go over how KPot and BBQ works! The drinks were delicious and even tho I had to wait in my friends it was still great experience overall! I will be coming back!
