I've had hot pot before but never Korean bbq my server Annie was so helpful she made the experience great. The people who bring out the meats aren't nearly as courteous but I didn't hold that against her when it came time to pay. The food is great if I could give one piece of advice it would be just do the bbq I barely touched the hot pot. Will definitely try again! Restaurant is clean vibes kinda got a touch of bar vibe. This is probably a great date spot!

6 of us were planning to come here for lunch, but not much selection on the lunch menu. So we decided to try the dinner hot pot and bbq instead. Meat selections for the hot pot were ok. All of the soups we had were terrible. Miso was very plain, Tom Yum soup was too sour, and spicy soup was just salty and oily. Most of the bbq meat was very fatty. Everything came out in very small portions that kept us so busy on the iPad. The food runner kept bringing wrong stuff to our table. When we told the server, he told us that it is ok, we can just keep it. Not much good dipping sauce on the bar and waited forever for the person in front of us to figured out their sauce. The bill came out to about $50 a person and that was without any soft drinks or alcohol. That was not worth it at all. I will just go to my regular hot pot place Go Shabu at El Camino, better soup, meat and sauces.

We are a big fan of Korean bbq in general so I decided to take the family to try this places… staff is friendly. The food is terrible. We all came back home with stomachache.It was not fun to eat in this place. The music was way to loud and after been in there for a couple min we were ready to go.

Stopped in for dinner. There was a 30-45min wait for a table. Which wasn't too bad. We got the BBQ & the hot pot. We had an abundance of food. Everything came out nicely prepared. Adam was our server and made sure we were good to go throughout our meal. Adam was on top of swapping out our grill plate. This Koren BBQ is well ventilated, and the smoke is minimal.

DELISH! The food has amazing flavor! The environment is so fun in there. We did bbq only but they have the option to do bbq & hot pot. We will definitely be back. Alix was very nice and helpful. He gave us great service & all his recommendations were awesome!

Was excited to try this spot out, since I love both a good hot pot and bbq. But this place is horrible, service is terrible, I asked the server if any of the broths were pork base since I don't eat pork. And he knew nothing went to go ask. Came back 15 minutes later with no response as he forgot to ask so he went off again to try an ask, I had to ask other servers and no one really knew what they're selling. After we started ordering my husband ordered a beer and server forgot to bring it. Got the beer 26minutes later. Management seems to not care about properly teaching their servers what they're selling.
Annie was an awesome server! She checked in on us frequently and made sure we were all set! Food was awesome and the atmosphere was lively and fun!

so happy there’s a kpot on the east side now, it’s always so good and the atmosphere is amazing! eric was SUCH an amazing server, very attentive and super super nice and cool! there was an order that got placed twice but he was able to clear up the misunderstanding easily. 100% would come back again! :)
