I used to work there for like 1yr and 1/2 and there is a lot wrong with the store. As someone who used to work there, I recommend to not go there. Owners are cheap and the managers suck. Well we don't even really have a manager who knows what going on. They manage the other stores down the street and they just come and tell us to clean. Oh yea tea is kept over night in the fridge, so if you want fresh tea, go at like midday. We never make boba unless we run out, so if we haven't sold any, the boba won't get replaced. Just go to Tea Time or another boba shop. Yes the workers look annoying and dead most of the time, but it's because it's lack of training, as coworkers, we have to train each other and the owners don't care. Just don't go

the girl making my tea was so rude. she was talking about how the drink was that she was preparing was so gross and was extremely unprofessional. her nails were also so long and she wasn’t wearing gloves. it didn’t seem very sanitary. service was also slow. will never visit again.

Not a good experience. Went in ordered 3 drinks and before I paid i asked if they accepted the bahfl discount card and the blond girl at the register straight up said no we don't. So, then after paying and sitting down waiting on our drinks I pulled up the bahfl website and notice they actually do accept the bahfl card and brought it to the girls attention. And she asked another girl with brown hair how does she do the bahfl discount and the brown hair girl said oh you do it at checkout. And the blond was like,, "oh but she already paid and checked out." Then the brown hair girl said, well then NO....with an attitude. Didn't even offer to help. Just saying the attitude that came about the situation we will not be back.

The girl that’s a cashier needs training. Her customer service was horrible she didn’t even greed us. She looked like she didn’t want to work. On the other hand the guy employee was professional and had great customer service but the whole experienced was ruined by the young’s ladies attitude.

Went to try this place and was so disappointed. The drinks were average not terrible. But the lady at the counter was so rude. She had bright red hair. Never greeted us when we walked in and kept looking at her tablet for minutes after we arrived. We considered leaving since she didn’t acknowledge us but finally she said “what do you want”, I tried to chalk it up to her having a bad day but she rolled her eyes at every question or at every drink we mentioned we wanted. Other customers walked in and she sighed. We all looked at each other wondering what we were doing wrong? She slammed down all the cups after we ordered. She handled cash and then without gloves picked up our cups with the same hand. It was very uncleanly feeling. We should have asked for a refund and left. Tea Time up the road is a better option honestly. They are always very kind. Won’t be going back due to customer service and I hate to say that it was a bad experience.

Ive been to multiple Kung Fu Teas and always get the same thing . and I went to get a Cocoa Cream wow with a milk cap , and got milk in a cup with plain tapioca and cocoa powder it was horrible and there was no milk cap that I payed EXTRA for and there was no brown sugar boba . tasted nothing like the same tea i always get . Customer Service was terrible as well I was not greeted or acknowledged when i went up to the counter the girl didn’t even look up when I started trying to order . I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be back.

If I can give zero star I would. HORRIBLE milk tea with barely any ice or flavor in it, even more horrible attitude from the cashier with bad lash extensions. Please take your money elsewhere.
