Ordered Cocoa cream wow, absolutely disappointed, the barista just put cocoa powder and straight up milk and boba, and that’s it, and when i drink it, no flavor at all, you can’t even taste the cocoa thing, even if you mixed it. Everything is separating.

This was my first time here and I got the cocoa cream boba initially. I was dissatisfied with how sweet it was since I’m prediabetic. Fortunately, the manager Heath made amends by allowing me to chose another. So I chose the drink mentioned above.

Hi!! I'm a teenager, and I have some things to share. Yeah no, I love this place. SOOO much. The interior is okay, there's a few art here and there. Me personally, I haven't tried EVERYTHING, so there are most likely some stuff you should not get. I have a sweet tooth, like any other gal, but I don't like overly sweet things. I usually get the classical Milk Tea or Honey Oolong Tea, and those are pretty good! I love boba, and this is my go-to spot. You could quite literally just pull out a laptop and start writing while drinking their tea, if you wanted to.
Compared to other boba places, this is by far the best one; as the other places have the hardest tapioca pearls and not very good tea. Their tapioca is big and chewy, and helps me savor the taste of the tea before I just chug it all down, haha. All jokes aside, this is one of my favorite places that I would basically beg my parents to go because It's just so good. 10/10!!!

Worth a visit if you like boba tea! I've been to this location twice, each time with a short wait and great service. The selection and prices are reasonable.

DONT GO HERE!!! Like actually it's horrible. I went there the other day and they didn't even have green tea, boba, or milk to make anything. Like how can you have a boba shop, but not have boba or milk teas. Like seriously. The workers said it was because the owners are cheap and they even forced them to use lactiad milk instead of milk powder to make their milk teas and that's completely wrong from the recipe. The worker even said they reccomend going cha over this place. Their boba is old, tea is day old. I used to love this place, but it's so dead now. Even when they are in stock of stuff, it gets messed up because the workers don't even measure the ingredients, they just pour it into the cup. Don't get me started on how dirty it is. Bathroom is a mess, the floor doesn't look like it's been sweeped for days. There used to be board games, proper cleaning, and proper management, but it's just gotten worse. Damn how hard is it to manage this place.

This has been my favorite place for years, but now I'm looking for another place to go.
It's very frustrating to order, pay, and then told something's missing and I need to find a replacement. It's happening every visit now.
Crew has always been nice, but aside from that, poor training seems to be an issue. Today we ordered oreo slush and taro slush. Oreo slush didn't taste like what it should be and strongly tasted like soy milk. (It shouldn't) Taro slush was so bland and looked wrong. It seemed like milk was missing and slush was so thick with just a little bit of smell of taro. I asked the crew to make it again, and even the second time it was still tasted bland.
On top of it, I found a piece of black plastic from the drink.
One of these issues once in a while is passable, but with all happening at the same time, I suspect an ownership change and the new owner is not caring enough. Time to find a new place to spend money.

Pretty good. My only complaint is that the drinks are overly sweet. I’m talking so sweet my kid won’t drink it. I’m not sure if the employee accidentally poured too much sweetener or syrup in the drink, or if that’s just how Kung Fu tea is.

3rd time in a row visiting and leaving with nothing. No strawberries when your big promotion is strawberry shortcake is insane. 3 different visits and 3 times I haven't been able to order a strawberry milk slush.

I always order here, and today I was really disappointed. This is their Thai tea.. it tasted nothing like a Thai tea and when we said something the girls behind the counter were very defensive. It’s disgusting. I am so disappointed I won’t be back.
